KDP's payment options page sets out each country or region with the currency it pays by direct deposit, check and wire. Countries like India, Pakistan, Kenya and Indonesia have their own rows. The United Arab Emirates doesn't have one.
The page does include an 'Other' row. It shows no direct deposit and no wire for that row, and lists check payments in US dollars, pounds or Canadian dollars depending on the store. Whether that applies to you is not something the page spells out for the UAE, so I wouldn't assume it.
What KDP says when your bank isn't listed
The account help page is direct about this. It says that if your bank's location isn't listed, KDP likely doesn't support direct deposit or wire transfer to your accounts in that location. It then points you to the payment options page for other routes.
It also states that alternative payment methods such as Amazon Payments or PayPal are not available at this time. So the usual workaround of 'just use PayPal' isn't offered by KDP itself. Check payments: the catch
KDP's payment schedule page says check is available only in certain locations, and that you can only select it at setup where you're eligible. It also lists stores where check isn't offered at all, such as Canada, Mexico, Japan, India and Australia. Check payments also have a threshold and take longer than electronic methods.
In plain terms, if the setup screen in your account doesn't offer check, direct deposit or wire for your address and bank, then KDP isn't paying that way to you. That's the thing to test first, before you write a single page of a book.

Amazon asks every publisher for taxpayer identification, and non-US publishers go through a tax interview. KDP says its default withholding for non-US publishers is 30% on eBook sales on Amazon.com and on print sales on Amazon.com, Amazon.co.jp, Amazon.com.au and Amazon.ca, unless a reduced treaty rate applies.
I checked the IRS treaty Table 1, and it has no row for the United Arab Emirates, so it lists no treaty royalty rate for the UAE. KDP also says a reduced rate won't apply until you provide a TIN, and that without a US TIN you may enter the income tax identification number your own country's tax authority issued. Because the UAE isn't in the IRS table, ask a local accountant what that means for you.
Timing and currency, if a route does open up
If your account does offer a payment method, the schedule is the same for everyone. KDP says royalties are paid every month, approximately 60 days after the end of the month in which the sale was reported. Where royalties are paid in a currency other than the sale currency, Amazon converts them at its own exchange rate, with conversion fees included.

I'm not going to tell you which workaround is best, because that depends on your residency, your tax advice and what KDP lets you add. What I can say is that the starting question is always the same: does KDP accept a bank account in a location it lists? If your account has no working route, you'd need a different place to bank or a different way to publish and sell.
