Leadpages is a landing page and site builder that suits solo marketers and small teams who want to publish pages, blogs and custom-domain sites fast. The catch, as of Oct 2026: A/B testing and dynamic text replacement only start on Grow at 99 dollars a month, so the 29 and 49 dollar plans publish pages but don't test them.
Most people searching for a Leadpages review have already found the builder and want to know which plan they'd land on. I read Leadpages' own pricing page, and the answer comes down to one question: will you test your pages, or just publish them?
Leadpages plans, prices and the limit on each
| Plan | Price listed | What's included | The limit that bites |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pro | 29 dollars a month | 25 pages, one custom domain with SSL, one blog, 5 GB storage, 12,000 AI credits a month, 90 days of analytics with UTM tracking, API access | No A/B testing, no lead CSV export, form submission history kept for 30 days, one team seat |
| Business | 49 dollars a month | 50 pages, two custom domains, two blogs, 10 GB storage, 20,000 AI credits a month, 12 months of analytics, lead CSV export, one brand kit | Still no A/B testing or dynamic text replacement, one team seat |
| Grow | 99 dollars a month | Unlimited pages and traffic, four custom domains, three blogs, manual A/B testing with six variants per page, dynamic text replacement, manual personalization, 2,000 anonymous traffic detections and 1,000 lead enrichments a month, 40,000 AI credits | One team seat, five active integrations, no heatmaps, Smart Traffic or multivariate testing |
| Optimize | 199 dollars a month | Six custom domains, five blogs, Smart Traffic, click and scroll heatmaps, multivariate testing (A/B/C/D), auto-personalization, performance alerts, 5,000 detections and 2,500 enrichments a month, 80,000 AI credits, 24 months of analytics, email priority support | Three team seats; SSO needs the top plan |
| Enterprise | Custom pricing, contact sales | SSO, custom contracts, dedicated support, volume publishing | No public price |
These are the figures listed on the page I read, as of Oct 2026. The page has a Monthly and Annual toggle and says you save 20 percent with annual billing, but it doesn't say which view the listed figures belong to, so check the vendor's pricing page before you buy.
Why the two entry plans can't test a single page
Leadpages splits its plans into two families. Pro and Business are Publishing plans: they build and ship landing pages, sites and blogs. Grow and Optimize are Testing and optimization plans, which the page calls the superset, meaning everything in Publishing plus the conversion tools. That split is the thing most people miss when they see the 29 dollar headline figure.
Go down the comparison table and every testing row reads Not included on Pro and Business: manual A/B testing, A/B variants per page, dynamic text replacement, manual personalization, anonymous traffic detection, lead enrichment and audience targeting. They switch on at Grow. Then a second layer waits for Optimize: multivariate testing of up to four variants, Smart Traffic routing, heatmaps, auto-personalization and performance alerts. So if testing is the reason you're looking, your real starting point is 99 dollars a month, not 29.
There's a fair trade for it. The page says there are no traffic caps on any plan, and Grow lists unlimited traffic and unlimited pages. It also says your pages and domains carry over when you move up, so starting on Pro and upgrading later doesn't mean rebuilding anything.
Two smaller limits are worth a look. Pro, Business and Grow each include one team seat, and only Optimize includes three, so a small team sharing logins will feel that first. AI credits run from 12,000 a month on Pro to 80,000 on Optimize, with top-up packs from 2.50 dollars if you run out.
What Leadpages gives you on every plan
Every plan includes SSL, custom domains, the AI editor and an MCP connector that lets you publish from Claude or ChatGPT. You also get custom slugs, AI page creation, UTM tracking, API access, forms and webhooks, and the option to remove Leadpages branding, which the table marks as included on all four plans. If you're new to building these pages, my guide to laying out a landing page that converts covers the structure before you pick a template.
The Grow and Optimize features are where the page gets specific. Dynamic text replacement is described as matching ad copy to the landing page automatically. Manual personalization shows each audience its own version of a page. Smart Traffic auto-sends visitors to the variant most likely to convert, and the heatmaps show where visitors engage and drop off. Lead enrichment is pitched as knowing who's visiting before they fill in a form.
How the Leadpages trial works
The free trial is 7 days, with full access to whichever plan you choose and no feature restrictions. On Grow you can run A/B tests and use dynamic text replacement during the trial; on Optimize you also get Smart Traffic, heatmaps and auto-personalization. On day 7 the trial becomes your paid plan unless you cancel, and your pages stay saved. Put a reminder in your calendar on day five if you're only testing the water.
Who'll get the most from Leadpages, and who won't
Good fit:
Want AI doing the heavy lifting in your marketing?
I build the systems that handle the boring 80 percent, so you get your week back. Done properly, with the human kept in.
- Solo marketers, consultants and creators who want pages, a blog and a custom-domain site live fast
- Small teams ready to pay for Grow once they start testing every campaign
- Anyone whose traffic swings a lot, since the page says no plan has a traffic cap
Poor fit:
- Anyone who wants A/B testing on the 29 or 49 dollar plans, because it isn't there
- Teams that need SSO, which is Enterprise and priced through sales
- People who want priority support on the lower plans, as email priority support is listed on Optimize only
If you're still weighing what a page should cost you, I've broken down what landing pages cost to build, and my wider list of landing page builders is there if you want more options.
My verdict on Leadpages
I'd start on Pro or Business if you just need clean pages published under your own domain and you're not testing yet. I'd go straight to the Grow trial if you run ads and want to split-test, because that's where Leadpages stops being a page publisher and starts being a conversion tool. I'd skip it if you need several people logged in on a low plan, since the seat count stays at one until Optimize.
