A TikTok Shop analytics tool shows which products, shops, creators and live streams are selling, so you can choose products, find affiliates and track competitors. Some focus on sales data, some on creator outreach and some on organic content. Choose by whether you're a seller, a brand running affiliates or an agency. Ten options follow, in no particular order.
TikTok Shop moves fast. A product can go from nothing to sold out in a week because one creator's video took off, and by the time you notice, the moment's gone. Analytics tools help you see those shifts while they're happening.
The ten tools below cover sellers, brands, creators and agencies. They're listed alphabetically and in no particular order, and every description comes from the vendor's own website, read this week. If you're new to the platform, start with my guide on how to set up TikTok Shop for your business.
TikTok Shop analytics tools compared
I checked the free plan column on each tool's own website, as of Oct 2026. Yes means the site says the tool, or a plan or version of it, is free. Trial only means a time-limited trial. Not stated means the pages I read named neither, even where there's a button inviting you to start, so check the vendor's page before you sign up.

Affiliate posts need the disclosure in the post
The Federal Trade Commission's guide, Disclosures 101 for Social Media Influencers, says disclosures should be placed with the endorsement itself. It warns they're likely to be missed if they appear only on a profile page or behind a MORE click, says not to mix them into a group of hashtags, and adds that US law applies if it's reasonably foreseeable a post will affect US consumers.
Want AI doing the heavy lifting in your marketing?
I build the systems that handle the boring 80 percent, so you get your week back. Done properly, with the human kept in.
TikTok Shop runs on affiliate creators, so this applies to almost every brand using it. When you brief creators, ask for the disclosure in the video and caption, not only in their bio. Analytics tools will show you which creators sell. They won't show you which ones are doing it in a way that keeps your brand out of trouble.
Sales data, creator data or content data?
Sales data tools estimate how much products and shops are selling. They suit sellers choosing products and brands watching competitors.
Creator tools help you find, contact and manage affiliate creators. They suit brands that want many creators posting about their products.
Content tools track trends, hashtags and viral videos. They suit agencies and brands planning what to post, whether or not they sell through the shop.
Six questions before you subscribe
- Which countries' TikTok Shop data does it cover?
- How often is the data updated?
- Are sales numbers estimates, and does it say so?
- Can you contact creators from inside the tool?
- Does it track live streams as well as videos?
- Is there a free plan, a trial or neither?
Signs you're chasing the wrong data
- You follow follower counts. Sales matter more.
- You check once a month. Trends move weekly.
- You copy the top product. Everyone else did too.
- You skip live streams. Many sales happen there.
Do you make a TikTok Shop analytics tool? Tool makers can ask to be considered for a featured place on this list.
My plain advice on TikTok Shop data
Pick one question and one tool. If you need products, use a sales tracker for a month and ignore everything else. If you need creators, use an outreach tool and measure which creators sell, not which ones have the most followers. Trying to watch every chart at once is how sellers end up busy rather than profitable.

Frequently asked questions
What is a TikTok Shop analytics tool?
It's a tool that shows which TikTok Shop products, shops, creators and live streams are selling, usually with estimates and trends.
Are TikTok Shop sales numbers accurate?
Third-party tools show estimates. Use them to compare products and spot trends rather than as exact numbers for a shop.
Do I need a tool to find affiliate creators?
No, but outreach tools save time when you want many creators posting about your products.
Where should creators put the ad disclosure?
With the endorsement itself, in the video or caption. The FTC says a disclosure only in a profile is likely to be missed.
Is there a free TikTok Shop analytics tool?
At least one tool on this list names free access. Check the free plan column above and the vendor's own page.
Do these tools work outside the US?
Many cover several TikTok Shop markets. Check each tool's country list before you sign up.
