Real estate video software turns a property into marketing, and it comes in three kinds: video makers you feed with photos and clips, virtual tour and 3D tools, and capture-and-edit platforms for photographers. Most agents end up combining two of them. Ten options follow in no particular order, grouped by what each one makes from a listing.
Ask ten agents what they mean by listing video and you'll get ten answers: a slideshow with music, a walkthrough tour, a drone clip or a reel for Instagram. The software splits the same way, and it's easy to buy the wrong kind.
The ten tools below are listed alphabetically and in no particular order. Every description comes from each vendor's own website, read as of Nov 2026, and I've kept to what each tool makes rather than how it's sold.

Ten tools for property video and tours
Animoto
Best for: Agents who want to drag and drop listing photos, short clips and music into a finished video, starting with the free video maker its page names.
Biteable
Best for: Marketers who'd rather start from an idea than a timeline, using an AI online video maker to turn it into a finished listing or brand video.
BoxBrownie
Best for: Photographers and agents who need listing photos edited or enhanced by its digital editors, plus virtual staging, floor plans and CGI renders.
CloudPano
Best for: Agents and photographers who want to upload, connect and publish 360 tours without coding, then host a live 360 video chat walkthrough.
Giraffe360
Best for: Property marketers who want one capture turned into HDR photos, floor plans, 360 tours, videos and property websites, using its own camera and AI software.
Immoviewer
Best for: Teams that want automated real estate video alongside 3D 360 tours, including a dollhouse view rendered from the 360 photos uploaded to a tour.
Promo
Best for: Brokerages running social and ad campaigns who want templates, AI editing and licensed photography or their own images turned into marketing videos.
RealTourVision
Best for: Brands and brokerages that want virtual tour software backed by a network of photographers, drone pilots and virtual tour providers they can book.
Vimeo
Best for: Solo agents who want to script, record and edit videos with customisable templates and a drag-and-drop editor, with a free starting point on its page.
Zillow 3D Home
Best for: Listing agents who want to capture a 3D virtual tour with the iOS or Android app and add it to a listing, using an app its page says is free.
Video, tour or edited photos: what each tool makes from a property
Only some of these make video, and the vendor pages make the split clear. Animoto's page says you combine photos, video clips and music, Biteable describes an AI online video maker, Promo's page covers templates and AI editing for business video, and Vimeo offers a video maker and editor built on templates.
Tours are a different product. CloudPano is 360 virtual tour software, Zillow 3D Home is an app for adding 3D home tours to listings, and RealTourVision pairs virtual tour software with a photographer network. Immoviewer sits across both camps, combining automated real estate video with 3D 360 tours.
Want AI doing the heavy lifting in your marketing?
I build the systems that handle the boring 80 percent, so you get your week back. Done properly, with the human kept in.
Then there's capture and editing. Giraffe360's page says one property capture becomes HDR photos, floor plans, 360 virtual tours, videos and property websites, while BoxBrownie edits photos and adds virtual staging and floor plans. So before you compare tools, decide whether this listing needs a video, a tour or better photos.
Matching the format to the listing
- Standard homes on a quick turnaround. A short video built from the listing photos is fast to make and suits social feeds.
- Larger homes with a complicated layout. Buyers want to understand how the rooms connect, so a 3D tour or floor plan earns its place next to the video.
- Buyers from out of town. A tour they can move through remotely, or a live video walkthrough, can save a wasted viewing.
- Empty or dated rooms. Edited photos and virtual staging come first, before anything goes into a video.
- Agents who shoot their own listings. A capture platform that produces photos, plans and tours in one visit cuts the number of apps you juggle.
- Brokerage marketing teams. Template-led video makers keep brand colours, fonts and logos consistent across lots of agents.
Planning a listing video shoot in six steps
- Decide the output first: a social reel, a portal video, a 3D tour or a mix.
- Clean, light and stage the property before anything is captured.
- Shoot horizontal footage for portals and vertical clips for social, so you aren't cropping later.
- Capture the floor plan or tour on the same visit so you don't have to go back.
- Add captions so the video still makes sense with the sound off.
- Check each portal's and platform's own rules on length, format and branding before you upload.
Each format also serves a different moment in the sale. A short video gets attention on social, a tour keeps a serious buyer looking for longer, and clean photos and floor plans do the work on the portal listing itself. Thinking about where each piece will be seen makes the tool choice much easier.
If the rooms need work before filming, my list of virtual staging software covers that step. For video generated from listing details, see my roundup of AI video generators for real estate, and once the video's out, my guide to real estate lead generation picks up the next job.

My plain advice on property video tools
Don't pick a tool, pick an output. If you mostly need quick videos from the photos you've already got, a video maker covers it. If buyers keep asking about the layout or can't visit easily, add a tour tool. If you shoot listings yourself and want everything from one visit, a capture platform makes more sense than three separate apps. Most agents end up with two: one to make the video and one to show the space.

Frequently asked questions
What is real estate video software?
It's software that turns a property into marketing content, such as a listing video, a 360 or 3D tour, or edited photos and floor plans that feed into both.
What's the difference between a listing video and a virtual tour?
A listing video plays from start to finish like any other video. A virtual tour lets the viewer move through the property themselves, room by room, at their own pace.
Can I make a property video from photos only?
Yes. Several video makers let you combine listing photos with music and text, and some add short clips or AI editing on top.
Do I need a special camera for 3D tours?
Not always. Some tour tools work from a phone app, while others are built around a dedicated 360 camera or a capture service. Check what each vendor's page says it supports.
Are there free real estate video tools?
Some vendors say on their own pages that you can start for free or use a free app. Check each site for current limits before you commit.
Should I hire a photographer or shoot listings myself?
It depends on the listing and your time. Some platforms are built for agents shooting their own homes, and others connect you with photographers, drone pilots and tour providers.
