I'm Lilach Bullock, an AI implementation consultant, and this is my list of AI consultants in Israel, sorted by need. There's no single best one: it depends on your size and the job. Large organisations should start with TASC Consulting or ApplAI, custom builds with Palmidos. I wrote this page and I've listed myself on it.
A list like this is only useful if you can see who wrote it and why each name is there. So: I wrote it, I'm on it, and I've got an interest in you hiring me. Every firm below gets its strengths stated fairly and its trade-off stated plainly, mine included.
Most people start by asking who's best. The better first question is what you need done, because an Israeli company with a data problem and one with a marketing problem shouldn't be talking to the same people.
Pick by what you need
| What you need | Who fits | The trade-off |
|---|---|---|
| AI inside a wider management programme at a large organisation | TASC Consulting | AI is one capability among several on its site, which doesn't present it as a hands-on build shop |
| Strategy, role-based workshops and production agents at a large organisation | ApplAI Consulting | Pitched at large organisations, so likely more than a small team needs |
| Help with a hard algorithmic or machine learning problem | Mathematic.ai | A research and engineering partner, not a marketing or operations consultant |
| An AI question that turns out to be a data and BI question | Nogamy | Starts from data platforms, not from marketing or team workflows |
| A custom system built for an established Israeli business | Palmidos | You're commissioning a build, not coaching your own team to run AI |
| A consultant, workshops and tools in Hebrew | DoctorAI | The site's Hebrew only, so non-Hebrew readers can't check it directly |
| AI running in the marketing of a founder-led company selling globally in English | Lilach Bullock (me) | You work with me directly; data platforms and custom software sit with the firms above |
The entries run from the largest buyers down to the smallest. What follows is what each firm says about itself as of Nov 2026, taken from its own site. It's a starting point for your own checks, not a review of anyone's client work.
TASC Consulting: AI within a wider programme
TASC calls itself an Israeli management consulting firm and says it has accompanied decision makers in the Israeli economy for 30 years. Data and AI is one of five capabilities on its site, alongside strategy and innovation, finance and capital, organisational and operational excellence, and digital and experience. The industries it lists include aerospace and defence, energy and utilities, financial services, health and the public sector. It suits a large organisation that wants AI handled as part of a bigger programme, and it's worth knowing that the site presents a management consultancy, not a hands-on build shop.
ApplAI Consulting: strategy through to production agents
ApplAI describes itself as AI consulting, training and delivery for large organizations. Its site sets out four areas: strategy and decisions, workshops tailored by role, delivery of production agents inside your company's environment, and an ongoing partnership. It says its team ran AI programmes from inside the enterprise, in its words "We sat in your chair", and that's the claim I'd ask it to walk you through. It's pitched at large organisations, so a small team is likely to find it's more than they need.
Mathematic.ai: a bolt-on research team
Mathematic.ai describes itself as applied algorithmic research and a bolt-on R&D team for data-driven organisations. Its listed specialities are generative AI, agentic frameworks, machine learning, deep learning, taking models to production and evaluation metrics, and it says it works with startups and multi-billion-dollar corporations. If you've got a hard algorithmic problem, that's a specific and useful offer. It's a research and engineering partner, though, so it won't be the one to change how your marketing or operations team works.
Nogamy: when the problem starts in your data
Nogamy calls itself "the leading integrator for BI, AI and Data Analytics", which is its description and not my ranking. Its service lines include Nogamy MS, a managed service that runs a data analytics or BI unit, and Nogamy Pro, end-to-end projects with a pre-defined scope, plus Nogamy People and Nogamy Think. It says AI models come in at later stages to surface value in the data, so it's a good fit if your numbers live in six places and nobody trusts them. The trade-off follows from that order: it starts from data platforms, not from how your marketing or teams work day to day.
Palmidos: a custom system at an agreed price
Palmidos builds custom software and AI systems for established businesses in Israel, and names law firms, logistics, accounting and manufacturing in its description. It says it works at a fixed price agreed before starting, from scoping to a live system, and offers a free 30-minute call with an engineer. The products it lists are DocBrain AI, Custom AI Agent and ChatAdsAI, along with an AI Advisor and an AI Discovery Report. It suits an established business that wants a system built, which is a different purchase from coaching your own team to run AI.
DoctorAI: the whole job in Hebrew
DoctorAI offers AI consulting for businesses on a Hebrew-language site: strategy, automation and AI agents, with hands-on implementation. Its site says more than 79 organisations have been through its process, and it also lists an AI workshop for organisations and a Hebrew AI chatbot for customer enquiries on WhatsApp and websites. That makes it a natural first call for an Israeli business that wants the consultant, the workshops and the tools in Hebrew. The site's Hebrew only, so if you don't read Hebrew you can't assess it directly, and you'd need someone on your team to do that for you.
Lilach Bullock: my own entry, written by me
This one's me, and since I wrote the page you should read it knowing that. I'm a British AI implementation consultant and fractional CMO based in Israel, with 23 years in marketing, and I went all in on AI in 2024, rebuilding my consultancy around practical workflows for non-technical founders and marketing leaders. I work with Tel Aviv founders and marketing teams on AI workflows for leads, pipeline and hours saved, in English, for companies selling globally. Clients have included Twitter, IBM, Dropbox, monday.com and Greenpeace.
Why I've put myself on this list
Don't take my word for my own placement. Use the test I'd apply to anyone here: has this person done it on their own business, with numbers you can inspect?
Mine are from my own site. Between January and September 2026, Google clicks went from 1,322 to 6,412 a month, and visits from AI assistants went from 32 to 3,599 a month. Those figures come from my own Search Console and GA4, and the working's in my AI SEO case study. It's one site, mine, so treat it as evidence of method and not as a forecast for yours.
You'd work with me directly, on the marketing and team workflows I know best. If you need data platforms or custom software, the firms above are the ones to call. There are other independents in this market too, and I'm not pretending this list has found every one. If the right answer for your business turns out to be someone else on this page, that's a good result.
For context, my weekly newsletter goes to 15,000 subscribers, Forbes has twice listed me among its Top 20 Social Media Power Influencers, and Oracle named me Social Influencer of Europe. Weigh all that as you like. The test above matters more.
Want AI doing the heavy lifting in your marketing?
I build the systems that handle the boring 80 percent, so you get your week back. Done properly, with the human kept in.
How to shortlist in four steps
- Write down one job. "AI strategy" is too vague to buy. "Follow up every inbound lead within the hour" or "get a clean weekly report out of three systems" tells you straight away which row of the table you're in.
- Take two names from that row and the row next to it. Two conversations will show you more about the differences than any list can, this one included.
- Ask each to show you a workflow they've shipped. You want to see it running, the numbers before and after, and who built it. I've put together fuller questions to ask before you hire if you want a script.
- Ask about your sector's rules. Israel's Ministry of Innovation, Science and Technology published a policy in December 2023 that prefers sector regulators to one sweeping AI law. So anything touching customer data needs checking with your own regulator, and a good consultant will raise that before you do.
My own verdict: I'd shortlist two, ask each for one live workflow with before-and-after numbers, and skip anyone who can't show you one. If you're choosing across several tiers, my roundup of AI marketing consultants explains how enterprise firms, agencies and independents differ.
Hebrew or English, and why it matters
This choice is easy to get wrong because it feels like a detail. Decide it by asking who reads the output.
If your staff and customers work in Hebrew, you'll want workshops and customer-facing tools in Hebrew. DoctorAI is the Hebrew-first name here. ApplAI has a Hebrew version of its site, and Nogamy and Palmidos both run English and Hebrew sites. A translated website doesn't prove anyone can run a workshop in that language, so ask.
If you sell abroad, the sums change. Many Israeli companies sell mainly to customers overseas, which makes English the working language of their marketing and sales, and left to its defaults an AI tool writes English that sounds like everyone else's. So judge every output by how it reads to a buyer in your target market, not by how it reads to you. That's the side I work on: I do all my work in English, and I've written more about it on my AI expert in Israel page.
If your company sells in English and you want AI working inside your marketing, that's where I can help. I run AI training and workshops for teams, and help businesses with AI enablement and workflow automation, so the busywork runs itself and people get time back. Most of that work is with SaaS marketing teams and small businesses. Here's how we can work together.

Frequently asked questions
Who are the best AI consultants in Israel?
It depends on what you need, so there's no single answer. For large organisations, look at TASC Consulting and ApplAI Consulting. For data and BI, Nogamy. For hard algorithmic work, Mathematic.ai. For a custom system, Palmidos. For everything in Hebrew, DoctorAI. For founder-led companies selling globally in English, I've included myself: I'm Lilach Bullock, and I wrote this list, so weigh it accordingly.
Do I need an AI consultant who works in Hebrew?
You do if your staff will be trained in Hebrew or your customers will talk to the AI in Hebrew. You probably don't if your company sells abroad and its marketing and sales already run in English. In that case, it matters more that the consultant can judge how the output reads to a foreign buyer.
What's the difference between an AI consultant, an AI agency and a data integrator?
A consultant helps you decide what to do with AI and, if they're any good, gets it running with your team. An agency or software house builds or runs something for you. A data integrator sorts out the data and analytics that AI depends on. The names blur, so ask each one what you'll be able to run yourself when they've gone.
How do I check an Israeli AI consultant before I hire?
Read how the firm describes itself, then ask to see one workflow it has shipped, with numbers from before and after, and find out who'll do your work. Check any claim on its website by asking for the detail behind it. If the answers stay general, keep looking.
Can an AI consultant based in Israel work with companies abroad?
Yes. I'm British, based in Israel, and I work in English with clients worldwide, remotely. For any consultant, the things to test are whether their working language suits your market and whether they can show you remote work that's gone live.
Is a firm or an independent better for a small Israeli business?
A small team usually gets more from someone who'll work directly with them on one job, and some firms here are aimed at large organisations. The catch with an independent is that you're relying on one person, so their track record has to stand up to questions.
