An AI consultant does the same job in every industry: measure where the hours go, automate the repeat written work first, keep a person on anything that carries risk, and hand the workflows over so your team owns them. What changes by industry is which task pays back first. This page links the guide for each sector I work with. I'm Lilach Bullock, an AI implementation consultant with 21 years in marketing.

How to use this page
Find your sector below, read the guide (each one names the two or three workflows that usually go first and the ones I refuse to automate), then read the hiring guides at the bottom so you know what to ask before you speak to anyone, including me. If your sector is not listed, the closest one will still be right about eighty percent of the time, because enquiries, quotes, follow-up and reporting look the same everywhere.

What the engagement looks like, whatever the sector
Weeks one and two are measurement: where the hours go, ranked by payback. Weeks three to eight are the build, inside the tools you already use, tested on live work. Weeks nine to twelve are handover and training. That is the model on my hire an AI consultant page; the service detail is under AI automation consultant, the plan-first version under AI strategy consultant, and UK businesses can start at AI consultant UK. If you searched locally, AI consultant near me explains why remote usually wins. To talk it through, book a call.

Frequently asked questions
Does an AI consultant need experience in my industry?
Less than you'd think. The workflows repeat across sectors (enquiries, quotes, follow-up, reporting, admin). What matters is that they measure your hours first and can show a similar workflow running. The sector guides on this page exist so you can see what the first project usually is in your industry.
Which industries get the fastest payback from AI?
Any business where staff spend hours a week on repeat written work: estate agents, recruiters, agencies, accountants, ecommerce and hospitality all tend to see hours saved inside the first six to twelve weeks.
What should never be automated?
Legal, medical and financial advice, anything customer-facing that goes out without a human reading it, and anything touching payment data. A good consultant names these in the first conversation.
How do I start?
Write down the three tasks that eat the most hours, read the guide for your sector, then book a call.
