I'm Lilach Bullock, a British AI expert based in Israel. I work in English with Israeli companies and with clients worldwide, helping founders and marketing teams put AI to work: implementation, hands-on training and getting named by ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. I've been in marketing for 23 years.

Israel builds technology for the world, and many Israeli companies sell mainly to customers abroad. That makes English the working language of their marketing, their sales calls and, more and more, their AI workflows. It's mine too. I'm British, I'm based in Israel, and I do all of my work in English.

I've spent 23 years in marketing. I built, scaled and sold a digital marketing agency, and in 2024 I went all in on AI and rebuilt my consultancy around practical AI workflow implementation for non-technical founders and marketing leaders.

How Israel approaches AI regulation

Israel's Ministry of Innovation, Science and Technology published its first-ever policy on AI regulation and ethics in December 2023. It sets six regulatory principles, among them a risk-based approach, sector-specific regulators in preference to broad horizontal legislation, and soft regulation. It also recommends ethical AI principles based on the OECD AI Principles, and those principles aren't legally binding.

What that means for you: the policy points you to your own sector's regulator rather than one sweeping AI law, and much of the responsibility for using AI well sits with your business. That's why every engagement I run includes written rules on what AI can and can't be used for, agreed with the team that uses it.

Selling abroad? Your AI output has to read like a native wrote it

Many Israeli teams write their marketing in a second language, and AI tools can make that better or worse. Left to its defaults, ChatGPT produces English that sounds like everyone else's. I help teams build workflows that keep their own voice and read naturally to British, American and European buyers.

I write for those readers every week. My newsletter goes to an audience of 15,000 business owners and marketers, and I've been published in or quoted by Forbes, Entrepreneur.com, HuffPost and Smart Insights.

What I do for Israeli companies

  • AI implementation: one workflow at a time, inside the tools your team already uses
  • Hands-on AI training for owners, marketing teams and business teams, online or in person, in English
  • AI search: getting your company ranked on Google and named by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Google AI Overviews
  • Fractional CMO work for founders who need senior marketing leadership without a full-time hire
  • Conversational AI for customer and sales teams, which I cover on my conversational AI consultant page

Clients worldwide, from one desk

Being based here doesn't limit who I work with. I serve clients in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and across Europe as well as in Israel, all remotely. I've worked with brands including Twitter, Dropbox, IBM, monday.com, Greenpeace and Hootsuite, and I've spoken at more than 100 events internationally, including TEDxBolton and Oxford University.

Forbes listed me twice as a Top 20 Social Media Power Influencer, and Oracle named me its Social Influencer of Europe. That record travels with me wherever the client is.

Proof I run on my own business

I don't ask a client to try anything I haven't run myself. I built my own AI infrastructure without engineers: publishing automation for my website, SEO recovery tooling, schema checks and AI citation tracking. Between January and September 2026, visits sent to my site by AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Copilot grew from 32 a month to 3,599. It's the same method I use for companies that want AI engines to name them.

I use ChatGPT and Claude every day in that work, and I've reviewed more than three hundred AI tools along the way. I'm independent of every AI vendor, so when I recommend a tool to an Israeli team, it's because it fits the job, the people and the market you're selling to.

Where I'm not the right expert

If you're building an AI product, training models or designing large-scale data infrastructure, you need engineers, and this country has plenty of excellent ones. I'm the person you call when the AI already exists and you need your marketing, sales and operations teams using it well, with rules everyone understands. If you've tried that before and it fizzled, my piece on why AI implementations fail explains the usual reasons.

My plain advice for Israeli founders hiring an AI expert

Decide which market you're selling to and judge every AI output by how it reads there, not how it reads to you. Check with your sector regulator before you automate anything that touches customer data or decisions, because the national policy leaves much of that to them. Write your own house rules for AI use before the team builds habits you'll have to unpick. And hire someone who can show you their own AI workflows running, not a polished demo.
