To file a JazzCash complaint, call 4444 from a Jazz number or the UAN 111-124-444 from any number, message JazzCash on WhatsApp at 0325-4444786, email [email protected], or use the complaint form on JazzCash's Contact Us page. Keep your CNIC and registered mobile number ready.
If JazzCash doesn't sort it, you can escalate to the State Bank of Pakistan's Sunwai portal or the Banking Mohtasib, both named on JazzCash's own contact page.

Failed transfer? Check this before you call
JazzCash's own FAQ says that if a transfer fails, the amount is reversed to your JazzCash wallet automatically. If it hasn't come back within 24 hours, or the problem continues, that's when to call. The FAQ lists 051-111-124-444 for this, available round the clock.
So if a payment failed an hour ago, give it a day. If it's been more than 24 hours, call with your transaction ID ready.
What to have ready
- Your CNIC number and the mobile number your JazzCash account is registered on. JazzCash's contact page asks you to have both ready.
- The transaction ID (TID) from the app or SMS.
- Date, time and amount of the transaction.
- The receiver's number or account, if it was a transfer.
- Screenshots of the app screen and any SMS.
How to file a complaint, step by step
- Gather the details above.
- Call 4444 or 111-124-444, or send a WhatsApp message to 0325-4444786.
- Explain the problem in one or two sentences and give the transaction ID.
- Ask for a complaint or ticket number, and write it down with the date.
- If you prefer writing, email [email protected] with the same details and screenshots attached.
- Follow up with your ticket number if you don't hear back.
A complaint message you can copy
Short, specific complaints get fixed faster than long angry ones. Here's a template you can paste into WhatsApp or an email and fill in:
"Assalam o Alaikum. My JazzCash account number is (your registered number) and my CNIC ends in (last 4 digits). On (date) at (time) I made a (transfer, bill payment or withdrawal) of (amount) with transaction ID (TID). The problem is: (one sentence). I'd like you to (reverse it, confirm the status or unblock my account). Please share a complaint number. Thank you."
Never put your full CNIC, PIN or OTP in a message. The last few digits of your CNIC and the transaction ID are enough for an agent to find you.
Which problem goes where
| Problem | First step | If it isn't fixed |
|---|---|---|
| Transfer failed, amount deducted | Wait 24 hours for the automatic reversal | Call the helpline with the TID |
| Sent to the wrong number | Contact JazzCash straight away with the TID | Written complaint by email |
| Account blocked or PIN locked | Call 4444 or the UAN | Complaint by email, then Sunwai |
| Lost phone or debit card | Block it in the app or by calling 4444 | Ask for a ticket number for the block |
| Suspicious call asking for a code | Hang up, report on 4444 | Report again in writing if it continues |
| Agent or retailer problem | Customer helpline; retailers use 1344 | Written complaint by email |
For a payment sent to the wrong number, speed matters. The sooner JazzCash knows, the better the chance of reaching the receiver before the funds are spent or withdrawn. Don't wait for the receiver to reply before you call.
Escalating when JazzCash doesn't fix it
JazzCash's contact page lists its regulatory escalation options openly:
- SBP Sunwai portal: the State Bank of Pakistan's complaint portal, for when you're not satisfied with JazzCash's response.
- SBP Consumer Protection Department: UAN 021-111-727-273, or [email protected].
- Banking Mohtasib Pakistan: for independent dispute resolution.
When you escalate, include your JazzCash ticket number and the dates you contacted them. A regulator will want to see that you gave JazzCash a fair chance first.
Lost phone or debit card? Block first, complain second
If your phone or JazzCash debit card is lost, block it before anything else. JazzCash says Jazz users can block the card through USSD, and anyone can block it in the JazzCash app or by calling 4444 or the UAN. Once it's blocked, you can deal with the rest calmly.

I build the systems that handle the boring 80 percent, so you get your week back. Done properly, with the human kept in.
Fake JazzCash agents: the biggest risk
JazzCash's contact page says it will never ask for your PIN, OTP or password, and asks you to report suspicious calls on 4444. Fraudsters often call pretending to be from JazzCash, saying your account will be blocked or that you've won a prize, and ask for a code. Hang up and call 4444 yourself.
The same scams target people cashing out from earning apps and games. My guides on earning from Pinterest in Pakistan and the earning app safety checklist show what to watch for.
Keep a simple record
Make a note on your phone the moment something goes wrong: the date, the transaction ID, who you spoke to and the ticket number you were given. Screenshot every reply on WhatsApp. If the issue drags on and you end up at the Sunwai portal or the Banking Mohtasib, this record is what turns a vague complaint into one that gets acted on. It takes two minutes and saves hours later.
My advice
Use WhatsApp or email when you can, because you get a written record without trying. Always get a ticket number. And if a week goes by with no answer, don't keep calling the same line: take it to the Sunwai portal with your ticket number and dates. That's what it's there for.
