Kling AI Prompts: Copy and Paste Ideas for Scenes and Dialogue

These Kling AI prompts help you make multi-shot scenes, talking characters, product clips and start-to-end-frame transitions. Copy one, swap the [brackets] for your details and paste it into Kling. Kling's own guide says that clearly specifying dialogue for each character lets the model match lines to the right speaker.

Kling AI, from Kuaishou, has grown from a clip maker into something closer to a pocket film studio. Its latest video models can add native audio, follow a shot-by-shot plan and let characters speak lines you've written, which opens up talking scenes, mini adverts and explainers for people who've never touched a camera.

The prompts below make the most of those features. Each one is ready to copy: swap the [brackets] for your own details and paste it into Kling. Use your own footage and photos, or people who've agreed to appear, and keep celebrities, other well-known people and famous characters out of your prompts.

Kling AI prompts for multi-shot scenes

Kling's guide says that in multi-shot you can set each shot's duration, framing, angle, narrative content and camera movement. Labelling every shot, as Kling's own examples do, keeps the model on track.

Bakery morning in three shots

Copy this prompt

Shot 1, wide low angle: a small bakery at dawn, lights flicking on. Shot 2, close-up: flour-dusted hands shaping a loaf. Shot 3, medium: the baker sliding a tray into the oven, the camera slowly pulls back.

Copy this prompt

Shot 1, close-up: [product] in its box. Shot 2, overhead: hands lifting it out. Shot 3, medium: someone using it at a [desk or kitchen]. Shot 4, wide: they lean back, pleased, warm evening light.

Shot 1, exterior wide: [cottage] at golden hour. Shot 2, tracking: the camera follows the hallway into a bright kitchen. Shot 3, slow pan: the bedroom with linen curtains moving in a breeze.

Coach's session recap

Copy this prompt

Shot 1, wide: a group warming up in a park. Shot 2, medium: the coach demonstrating a stretch. Shot 3, close-up: a high-five. The camera follows the coach steadily in shot 2.

Kling AI prompts for dialogue and talking characters

Kling says that clearly specifying dialogue for each character lets the model match lines to the right speaker, and you can tag an accent or dialect for the speech. Put the speaker's name and tone before each line.

Two friends chat about a product

Copy this prompt

A bright cafe table. Maya (cheerful, Northern English accent): "Have you tried [product] yet?" Sam (curious, quietly): "Not yet, is it any good?" Maya (laughing): "Try mine." The camera holds a two-shot.

Shop owner welcome

Copy this prompt

A shop owner behind a wooden counter, medium shot. Owner (warm, Scottish accent): "Welcome to [shop name]. Everything here is made by local makers, so have a good look round." Soft daylight, gentle push in.

Customer service scene

Copy this prompt

A help desk in a bright office. Customer (worried): "I can't find my booking." Assistant (calm, reassuring): "No problem, give me your name and I'll sort it." The camera cuts between close-ups of each speaker.

Explainer with a narrator

Copy this prompt

A presenter beside a whiteboard showing [simple diagram]. Presenter (friendly, Irish accent): "Here's the one thing most people miss about [topic]." The camera zooms in slowly as she points to the board.

Short comedy sketch

Copy this prompt

Two coworkers at a coffee machine. Jo (deadpan): "It's making that noise again." Ali (alarmed): "Is it meant to smoke?" The machine puffs a cloud of steam, the camera pulls back on both faces.

Kling AI prompts using elements and reference images

Kling lets you build an element from a short video or multi-angle images of a character, and its showcase prompts mark referenced elements with @. Set the element up first with your own photos, then call it by name.

Element walks into a new scene

Copy this prompt

@[MyCharacter] walks into a sunny garden centre, stops to smell a lavender plant and smiles at the camera. Medium shot, the camera follows steadily, cheerful natural sound.

Element with a bound voice

Copy this prompt

@[MyCharacter] stands at a market stall and says: "Fresh this morning, come and taste." Keep the existing voice, no extra tone instructions. Close-up, warm afternoon light.

Product element on a shelf

Copy this prompt

@[MyProduct] sits on a minimalist bathroom shelf beside folded towels. The camera orbits the bottle in slow motion, water droplets catching soft light.

Two elements meet

Copy this prompt

@[CharacterA] hands @[CharacterB] a wrapped gift on a doorstep in light rain. Both laugh. Medium two-shot, then the camera pulls back to show the street decorated with lights.

Kling AI prompts for start and end frames

Kling lists start and end frames-to-video. Upload your own first and last image, then use the prompt to describe how the scene travels between them.

Empty room to finished room

Copy this prompt

Start frame: an empty, bare-walled living room. End frame: the same room fully styled. Transition: furniture slides into place piece by piece, the camera stays fixed in the corner.

Sketch to finished product

Copy this prompt

Start frame: a pencil sketch of [product] on paper. End frame: the real product photographed on the same desk. The lines fill with colour and texture as the camera slowly zooms in.

Day into night

Copy this prompt

Start frame: [street or building] in midday sun. End frame: the same view at night. Clouds race across the sky, shadows stretch, windows light up one by one, fixed camera.

Seed to bloom

Copy this prompt

Start frame: a seed in a terracotta pot. End frame: a flowering plant in the same pot. Time-lapse growth with leaves unfurling, soft greenhouse light, the camera remains fixed.

Kling AI prompts for product shots and short adverts

Kling's own examples lean on simple camera instructions like zooms, orbits and pullbacks. They're the easiest way to make a product look intentional.

Slow orbit hero shot

Copy this prompt

[Product] on a reflective black surface, the camera orbits slowly in a full circle, a single soft spotlight from above, faint mist at the base, premium and calm.

Ingredient splash

Copy this prompt

Close-up of [drink or sauce] in a glass, fresh [ingredients] dropping in with a gentle splash, slow motion, bright studio light, the camera pulls back to reveal the bottle.

Pack shot with sound

Copy this prompt

[Product box] slides onto a wooden table with a satisfying thud, the lid lifts on its own, soft chime as it opens, the camera zooms in on the contents.

Fixed camera on a sign

Copy this prompt

A hand-painted sign reading [shop name] above a door, ivy moving in the breeze, birds passing, the camera remains fixed on the sign, gentle street ambience.

How to get better results from Kling AI prompts

  • Label your shots. For multi-shot, give each shot a number, a framing and a camera move, as Kling's own examples do.
  • Write dialogue line by line with a name in front. Kling says clear per-character dialogue helps it match lines to speakers, and you can tag the accent you want.
  • Don't repeat the tone for a character that already has a bound voice. Kling's guide says setting the tone again in the prompt isn't recommended.
  • Give the camera one clear instruction per shot, such as zooms in, orbits or pulls back, rather than a string of moves.
  • Set up elements before you write the prompt, and only from your own photos and videos or people who've agreed.
  • Keep the scene description short and spend your words on what moves and what's said.

Frequently asked questions

Who makes Kling AI?

Kling AI is made by Kuaishou. It turns text, images and video references into short videos, and its newer models add native audio and multi-shot.

How do I write a multi-shot prompt in Kling?

Label each shot and give it a framing, angle, action and camera move. Kling's guide says you can set each shot's duration, framing, angle, narrative content and camera movement.

Can Kling AI make characters talk?

Yes. Kling says clearly writing dialogue for each character helps the model match lines to speakers, and you can tag a dialect or accent for the speech.

What does @ mean in a Kling prompt?

In Kling's examples, @ marks an element you've already created, such as a character or product, so the model knows to use that reference.
