As of October 2026, Kajabi's Basic plan is $179 a month, Growth is $249 a month and Pro is $499 a month on monthly billing. Billed annually, Kajabi lists them at $143, $199 and $399 a month.
Kajabi is the all-in-one platform many coaches and course creators use to sell courses, communities and memberships. It's one of the pricier tools in its category, so it's worth knowing exactly what each plan's limits are before you choose, because the limits, not the features, decide which plan you need.
Kajabi plans and prices
| Plan | Billed monthly | Billed annually | Annual saving Kajabi shows |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | $179 a month | $143 a month | $432 a year |
| Growth | $249 a month | $199 a month | $600 a year |
| Pro | $499 a month | $399 a month | $1200 a year |
Kajabi labels Pro its most popular plan. Every plan says no hidden fees and cancel anytime on the pricing page.
The limits on each plan
| Limit | Basic | Growth | Pro |
|---|---|---|---|
| Products | 5 | 50 | Unlimited |
| Contacts | 2,500 | 25,000 | 100,000 |
| Websites | 1 | 1 | 3 |
| Communities | 1 | 1 | 3 |
| Admin users | 2 | 11 | 26 |
| AI credits | 0 | 500 | 1,000 |
The contact limit is the one most creators hit first. Kajabi counts contacts, not paying customers, so a free lead magnet that grows your email list can push you towards the next plan before your sales do. Basic's 2,500 contacts can go quickly if you run giveaways or webinars.
What's included on every plan
Kajabi lists unlimited landing pages and unlimited marketing emails on all three plans, and its feature table also includes checkout pages, a custom domain, affiliate programmes and payment integrations. The differences between plans are mostly about scale: how many products, contacts, sites and team members you can have.
Payment fees: read the small print
Kajabi's headline says no revenue sharing, and that's true of its subscription. But its comparison table also lists card processing fees on Kajabi Payments, which get slightly lower on higher plans, and Kajabi says those figures are for US entities, with fees for other countries on a separate page. If you use a third-party payment provider other than PayPal or Kajabi Payments, the table shows an extra per-sale fee that also falls as you move up a plan.
This doesn't make Kajabi a bad deal. It means the cheapest plan isn't always the cheapest option once sales start coming in.
So if you sell a lot through a third-party provider, the plan you choose affects what you keep from each sale, not just your monthly bill. Work out your expected sales before deciding whether a higher plan pays for itself.
Moving between plans
Kajabi's FAQ covers changing or cancelling your plan later and what happens when you hit a plan limit, which tells you upgrades are built in as you grow. In practice, that means you don't need to buy Pro on day one in case you grow. Start on the plan that fits your current products and list, and move up when a limit bites.
Kajabi also runs a weekly live Q&A, which it promotes on the pricing page for people who aren't sure which plan to choose. If you've got specific questions about limits or fees for your country, that's a quicker route to a straight answer than guessing from the table.
The one plan decision that's harder to undo is annual billing, because you've paid for the year up front. If you're launching your first product, monthly billing for the first few months gives you room to change your mind.
AI credits
Basic includes no AI credits, Growth includes 500 and Pro includes 1,000. Kajabi's table notes you can buy 500 AI credits for $15 a month, and says one-time top-ups are coming.
How to choose a Kajabi plan
- Count your products: courses, coaching programmes, memberships and downloads.
- Check your email list size today and where you expect it to be in a year.
- Fewer than 5 products and under 2,500 contacts: Basic.
- A growing list or a team of helpers: Growth.
- Several brands, websites or communities: Pro.
- Pay annually once you're committed, to get the lower monthly rate Kajabi shows.

I build the systems that handle the boring 80 percent, so you get your week back. Done properly, with the human kept in.
Admin users and team access
Basic includes 2 admin users, Growth 11 and Pro 26. If you work with a virtual assistant, a community manager and a course editor, Basic runs out of seats before it runs out of anything else. Growth's 11 admin users suit a small team, and it's often this limit, not contacts, that pushes coaches with support staff up a plan.
Is Kajabi worth it for a small business?
Kajabi replaces a stack of tools: a website builder, email marketing, a course host, a community platform and checkout pages. If you'd otherwise pay for four or five separate tools, the price looks more reasonable. If you only need to host one course, it's expensive for what you'll use, and a simpler course platform makes more sense until you grow.
My verdict
For a coach or creator launching a first course with a small list, Basic covers the essentials, but the 2,500 contact limit will push you up as your list grows. Growth at $249 a month, or $199 billed annually, is where most established creators land. Before you sign up, compare the third-party payment fees in Kajabi's table with your expected sales, because that's the part of the bill people forget.
