Weee is a real online grocery service run by Weee Inc. of Fremont, California, selling mainly Asian groceries to several US cities. Its own terms give short refund windows, 48 hours by default and 2 days for perishable fresh food, and fresh food isn't returnable, so check your order the day it arrives.
Asian grocery delivery is wonderful when it works and annoying when the mangoes arrive bruised, so it's worth knowing the rules before you fill a basket. People ask me whether Weee! is legit, and the short answer is that it's a real, identifiable company. The detail that matters is how its refund windows and credits work, so I've read Weee!'s own terms and help page.
Who runs Weee! and what it sells
Weee!'s terms of service say Weee! Inc. runs sayweee.com, weee.com and masgusto.com, serving several US cities, with formal notices sent to an address in Fremont, California. Its site title describes it as America's largest online Asian supermarket, and its storefronts cover Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Filipino, Indian and Thai categories. The footer links to city pages for 18 metro areas, so check that your area is covered before you build a basket.
How Weee! delivery and delivery fees work
According to the terms, available delivery dates and delivery fees appear during checkout. That means there's no single fee to quote, and I'd rather you saw the real figure for your address than a number from me. The terms also say you can change or cancel an order in Order Detail before processing begins, which is the window to use if you notice a mistake.
Weee! refund windows for fresh, frozen and shelf-stable food
This is the most useful part of the terms. The refund windows are counted from delivery:
| Type of item | Refund or return window on Weee!'s terms |
|---|---|
| Default for most items | 48 hours to request a refund |
| Perishable fresh food | 2 days for a refund; not returnable |
| Temperature-controlled items | 2 days for a refund; not returnable |
| Shelf-stable food | 7 days for a refund; not returnable |
| Medicine and herbal products | 30 days for a refund |
| Electronics, cookware and other non-food | 30 days for a return |
So if the fruit is bad, the time to say so is the day it arrives, not the weekend after. Take a photo when you unpack, and send the request from your order page. The help page says to use Select your orders for a return or refund.
WeeeCash and WeeePoints: not the same thing
Weee!'s terms describe two kinds of credit, and the difference matters. WeeeCash is a balance bought with money, plus refunds for money-paid purchases. The terms say it's refundable and doesn't expire. WeeePoints are promotional, referral and reward credits, and the terms say they're not refundable and may expire.
When you spend, the terms say the soonest-expiring points go first. Check the expiry wording in your account rather than assuming points will still be there later.
What happens if a Weee! item is out of stock
The terms say supply disruptions can make items unavailable right before delivery. In that case, Weee! delivers the rest of your order and refunds the missing items, and unavailable items are marked Out of Stock on the invoice. If something is missing and isn't marked, you'd need to send a refund request. Check the invoice against the box on the day.
Third-party vendor orders and pricing mistakes on Weee!
Weee! also lists items from third-party vendors. The terms say those orders may be cancelled, substituted or refunded at Weee!'s discretion. They also say that if an item is mispriced, Weee! may cancel the order and issue a refund. That's standard shop small print, but it means an unusually low price may not hold. If you shop on other sites too, my guides to whether Etsy is legit and whether eBay is legit cover how those platforms handle problems.
Cancelling a Weee! order late
After processing starts, the terms say a late cancellation fee equals the cost of restaurant food and other items that can't be resold. In practice, if you need to cancel, do it early from Order Detail. I couldn't find a membership or subscription fee in the terms, which is worth noting: they don't describe one.

Contacting Weee! customer service
The help page lists customer service by phone and says the hours are 6 am to 12 am Pacific time. There's also a Request customer service option on the help page. Use the details on the official site, not a number from a search result or a text message.
Spotting fake Weee! messages
Delivery services are copied by scammers. Be wary of texts saying a parcel is held and asking for a payment link, and never share one-time codes. Go to the Weee! site or app yourself. If you're being pressured, stop, report it to the platform and, if you feel in danger, contact the police.
Is Weee! worth using?
Weee! is a real company with clear published terms. The things to plan around are the short refund windows for fresh food, the difference between WeeeCash and WeeePoints, and the fact that fees and delivery dates only appear at checkout. If you check the box on arrival and keep photos, you'll know where you stand.
