To contact YouTube TV support, call +1 833-389-2054 or start a chat from the Contact us button in YouTube TV Help while you're signed in. YouTube TV's own page says its team is there 24/7, and the Contact us route also offers email once you've worked through a couple of quick questions.
That phone number isn't buried. It's printed on YouTube TV's plan page and on several of its help articles, so you don't need a third-party directory to find it. The quicker route for most account jobs, though, is the in-app Contact us flow, because it starts you on the right team for your exact problem.
Here's every official way in, what each one's good for, and the few jobs you can't do yourself without talking to them.
Every official way to reach YouTube TV
| Route | Where you find it | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Phone | +1 833-389-2054, listed on tv.youtube.com and in YouTube TV Help | Billing questions, pausing or changing your plan, anything urgent |
| Live chat | Help, then Contact us, then choose Chat | Account questions you'd like a written record of |
| Offered inside the Contact us flow | Problems that can wait for a written reply | |
| Send feedback | Your profile picture, then Send feedback | Reporting a bug or a suggestion, not getting a reply |
Feedback is the one people mix up. YouTube TV says it helps the team understand and improve the service, but it isn't a support ticket, so don't use it if you need someone to fix your account.
How to reach support from the app or a computer
YouTube TV asks you to be signed in to the account the problem is on before you start. Then:
- Open YouTube TV on your computer or in the mobile app.
- In the navigation bar, select Help.
- Under Need more help?, select Contact us.
- Choose YouTube TV (or NFL Sunday Ticket if that's what your question is about).
- Write a few words about the problem, or pick the closest description from the list, and select Next step.
- If the suggested articles don't solve it, select Next step again.
- Choose Chat for an instant conversation or Call us to see the phone number.
Those middle steps feel like a delay, but they're how the system routes you. One clear sentence such as 'charged twice for my October bill' gives it far more to work with than a vague 'account problem'.
Jobs only YouTube TV support can do
Most settings sit in your own account, but a few things need a person on YouTube TV's side. These come straight from YouTube TV's help pages:
- Cancelling with immediate loss of access. A normal cancellation keeps YouTube TV running until the end of the period you've paid for, even during a free trial. If you want access to stop right away, YouTube TV says to contact its support team.
- Viewing restrictions you think are wrong. If a game or show is blocked while you're travelling and you believe it's an error, YouTube TV points you to support.
- Talking through pausing or customising your plan. YouTube TV's cancel page itself suggests calling or chatting to explore pausing or changing your plan before you leave.
If you simply want to stop paying, you don't need anyone. The steps are in my guide on how to cancel YouTube TV, and that route keeps your access until the end of your billing period.
When YouTube TV support can't help you
Here's the catch most people only find out on the phone. If you signed up for YouTube TV through a mobile carrier or internet provider, YouTube TV says you'll need to contact customer support on your billing platform to make changes to your subscription. Plan switching through those partners can also lag behind, because YouTube TV notes that some plans may not yet be available on partner platforms.
So before you call, check who sends you the bill. If it's your phone or broadband company, start with them. If it's Google or YouTube TV directly, the number and chat above are the right place.

I build the systems that handle the boring 80 percent, so you get your week back. Done properly, with the human kept in.
Sharing questions come up often, and my page on how many people can watch YouTube TV at once answers them.
What to have ready before you call or chat
- The Google Account email you use for YouTube TV.
- Who bills you: YouTube TV directly, Google Play, or a carrier or internet provider.
- Your home ZIP code, because local channels and many sports restrictions depend on it.
- The device and app you were using when the problem happened.
- For a billing issue, the date and amount of the charge you're asking about.
If the issue is picture or playback, try the basic fixes first. My guide to YouTube TV buffering covers the checks support will ask you to do anyway.
My verdict
Use the Contact us route in YouTube TV Help for anything to do with your account, and keep +1 833-389-2054 for when you want a human quickly. Check who bills you before you start, because if it's a carrier or internet provider, YouTube TV can't change that subscription for you. And if all you want is to stop paying, you can do it yourself in a couple of minutes.
If the problem is a setup one, my guide to setting up YouTube TV may save you the call.
