As of October 2026, Calendly has a Free plan, Standard at $10 per seat a month billed yearly ($12 monthly), Teams at $16 billed yearly ($20 monthly), and Plus versions of both that add the Notetaker and Callie AI tools at $18 and $24 billed yearly ($24 and $32 monthly). Enterprise starts at $15k a year and at 50 seats. Prices are in US dollars per seat, and only people who host meetings need a seat.
That last point changes the sums for most small businesses. Invitees never need a seat or an account, so you pay only for the people whose calendars Calendly connects to. Here's every plan from Calendly's own pricing page.
Calendly plans and prices
| Plan | Billed yearly (per seat a month) | Billed monthly (per seat a month) | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | One person with one event type |
| Standard | $10 | $12 | Solo professionals who need unlimited event types and automations |
| Standard Plus | $18 | $24 | Standard plus Notetaker and Callie |
| Teams | $16 | $20 | Teams that need round-robin and lead routing |
| Teams Plus | $24 | $32 | Teams plus Notetaker and Callie |
| Enterprise | Starts at $15k a year | Sales only | Organisations with 50 or more seats |
Calendly says yearly billing saves up to 20%, and the Standard plan shows a 17% saving. All figures are in US dollars as of October 2026, and Enterprise is only sold in US dollars.
What the Free plan includes
The Free plan is always free and covers one event type, one calendar connection, one-on-one scheduling, a customisable booking page and the browser extension. If you're deciding whether that's enough, our Is Calendly free? guide goes through the limits.
Free is a fair long-term choice for a freelancer who only ever offers one kind of call, such as a 30-minute discovery call, from one calendar. The moment you want a second meeting type, a second calendar checked for clashes, or automatic reminders to cut no-shows, you've outgrown it, and that's the point where the paid plans start to earn their keep, usually Standard first rather than Teams, since most solo businesses never need round-robin.
What each paid plan adds
- Standard: unlimited event types, multiple calendars, automations and reminders, HubSpot and Mailchimp connections, and Stripe and PayPal payments.
- Teams: everything in Standard plus round-robin and team scheduling, lead qualification and routing, centrally managed event types, Marketo and Pardot connections, sending meetings to Salesforce, and an optional SSO security add-on.
- Enterprise: Teams features plus Salesforce lookup routing, Microsoft Dynamics, SSO and SAML, domain control, audit logs, a data deletion API, onboarding and dedicated account support.
- Plus versions: Notetaker for recordings, transcripts and shareable meeting recaps on Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams, and Callie, an AI assistant that schedules over email. Calendly says both are available in English only for now.
Free trial and billing details
Calendly's FAQ says paid plans come with a 14-day trial, and at the end you're automatically moved to the Free plan rather than charged. You can invite team members to the trial at no cost, and they drop to Free with you. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless you downgrade before the renewal date.
Calendly takes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners Club cards. PayPal is accepted for customers outside the United States. Paying by invoice is available on Standard or Teams for $5,000 and Enterprise for $15,000, and qualified non-profits can ask support about special pricing.
Which features need which plan
| Feature | Free | Standard | Teams | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| One-on-one meetings | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Event types | One | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Calendar connections | One | Multiple | Multiple | Multiple |
| Multi-person meeting types (group, collective) | No | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Round-robin distribution | No | No | Yes | Yes |
| Lead routing from forms | No | No | Yes | Yes |
| SSO and SAML | No | No | Add-on | Yes |
If your main need is group sessions, such as webinars or workshops, Standard is enough: multi-person meeting types start there. Round-robin, which shares bookings across a team, is what pushes you to Teams.
Costs that aren't obvious
- Seats are per host. Anyone who connects a calendar and hosts meetings needs one, but invitees never do.
- The Plus plans cost more than the base plan whether or not every seat uses Notetaker.
- Notetaker and Callie are only available in English for now.
- Enterprise starts at 50 seats, so it isn't a small-team option.
- Paid plans renew automatically unless you downgrade before the renewal date.
How to pick the right Calendly plan
- Count the people who host meetings. That's your seat count, not your team size.
- If one person needs more than one meeting type, Free won't do: you need Standard.
- If bookings should be shared across a team or routed by form answers, you need Teams.
- Only choose a Plus plan if you'll use the meeting recaps and email scheduling. Otherwise you're paying for AI you won't open.
- Pay yearly once you're sure: it's cheaper per seat than monthly on every paid plan.

The verdict
For one person, Standard billed yearly at $10 a month is the sweet spot when Free's single event type gets in the way. Teams is only worth it when you need round-robin or routing. And because only hosts need seats, a five-person business where two people take calls is paying for two, not five.
