An Amazon repricer changes your listing prices automatically, following rules or AI, so you can compete for the Buy Box without editing prices by hand. Repricers differ in strategy, speed, the stores they cover and the extras they bundle. Choose by how many listings you have and how much control you want. Ten options follow, in no particular order.
If you share a listing with other sellers, the Buy Box decides who makes the sale. Prices on busy listings change all day, and nobody can keep up with that manually once they have more than a handful of products.
The ten repricers below cover rule-based tools, AI engines and repricers bundled with sourcing or ad software. They're listed alphabetically and in no particular order, and every description comes from the vendor's own website, read this week. If you're new to selling, my guide to selling on Amazon and making money explains where the Buy Box fits in.
Amazon repricers at a glance
I checked the free plan column on each tool's own website, as of Oct 2026. Yes means the site says the tool, or a plan or version of it, is free. Trial only means a time-limited trial. Not stated means the pages I read named neither, even where there's a button inviting you to start, so check the vendor's page before you sign up.

The FTC line your settings must stay behind
The Federal Trade Commission says price fixing is an agreement among competitors, whether written, verbal or inferred from conduct, to raise, lower, maintain or stabilize prices. It also says each company should set its prices and other competitive terms on its own.
Want AI doing the heavy lifting in your marketing?
I build the systems that handle the boring 80 percent, so you get your week back. Done properly, with the human kept in.
Reacting to what competitors do is normal, and that's what a repricer does. Agreeing with other sellers to move together, or sharing your repricing settings with them, is a different thing. Keep your rules your own.
Set a floor before you switch anything on
- Work out the lowest price where each product still makes money after fees.
- Set that as the minimum in the repricer, never zero.
- Set a maximum so the tool can't push a listing out of reach.
- Start with a small group of products and watch them for a week.
- Review the floors whenever your supplier or fees change.
Rule-based or AI repricing?
Rule-based repricers follow instructions you write, such as matching the Buy Box or staying a step behind a named competitor. They're predictable and easy to check.
AI repricers test moves and learn what wins the Buy Box, which can protect margins on busy listings. The trade-off is less visibility into why a price changed, so look for clear reports.
Signs your repricing needs a rethink
- Margins keep shrinking. Raise your floors.
- You never hold the Buy Box. Check your account health too.
- Prices bounce all day. Slow the rules down.
- You can't explain a change. Ask for clearer reports.

My plain advice on repricing
The repricer isn't the strategy, the floor price is. Sellers who race each other to the bottom rarely win anything but a smaller margin. Set honest floors, let the tool compete above them and spend the time you save on better listings and stock.

Frequently asked questions
What is an Amazon repricer?
It's software that changes your Amazon listing prices automatically, using rules or AI, to compete for the Buy Box.
Is repricing allowed on Amazon?
Yes. Many sellers use repricing tools. Keep within Amazon's own policies and never coordinate prices with other sellers.
Can a repricer lose me money?
It can if the minimum price is set too low. Always set a floor that covers your fees and stock.
Do I need a repricer for private label products?
Less often. Repricers matter most when several sellers share the same listing.
Can I try a repricer for free?
Most tools on this list offer a free trial. Check the free plan column above and each vendor's site.
Is AI repricing better than rules?
Neither suits every seller. Rules are easier to check, while AI can react faster on busy listings.
