The short version
Some Israeli companies do not want AI done for them. They want their own team to know how to use it, properly, so the skill stays in the building. That is training, and it is a different job from implementation. I am Lilach Bullock, an AI implementation consultant with 22 years in marketing, and I run practical AI training for marketing and business teams in Israel: hands on, built around your real work, not a generic slide deck about the future of robots.
Why most AI training does not stick
Most AI training fails for one reason. It teaches tools in the abstract. People leave the room impressed, open their laptop the next morning, face their actual to do list, and do not know where to start. Nothing changes. The organisation concludes AI is overhyped, when the real problem was the training never touched their real work.
I run it the other way round. We start from what your team does every week, the campaigns, the reports, the outreach, the content, and we build AI into those exact tasks together. People leave with workflows they have already used on their own work, not notes they will never open again.
What the training covers
- Prompting that gets usable output, so your team stops fighting the tool and starts getting work back they can ship.
- The workflows that matter for your role: content, research, outreach, reporting, analysis, whatever your team owns.
- Choosing the right tool for the job, and ignoring the ninety they do not need.
- Guardrails: what to check, where AI gets things wrong, how to keep quality and brand voice.
- Building a habit, so the skill compounds after I leave rather than fading in a fortnight.
Formats
I run training as one off workshops, short programmes over a few weeks, or a mix of team sessions and one to one coaching for the people who will lead it internally. It can be on Israel time and in person where that works, or remote for distributed teams. I would rather shape it around how your team actually learns than force a fixed format.
Training or done for you
Plenty of companies want both: someone to build the first workflows and someone to teach the team to run and extend them. That is fine, it is one conversation. If you want the wider view first, read my guide to hiring an AI marketing consultant in Israel. If you are in the centre, there is a page on AI consultants in Tel Aviv too.
Working with me
It starts with a short conversation about what your team does and where AI would save them the most time or make them the most money. I will tell you honestly whether training, done for you, or a mix is the right call. If you want your team capable with AI rather than just aware of it, get in touch through the site.
Want AI doing the heavy lifting in your marketing?
I build the systems that handle the boring 80 percent, so you get your week back. Done properly, with the human kept in.
Frequently asked questions
Is the AI training remote or in person?
Either. I run workshops in person on Israel time where that works, and remotely for distributed teams, plus one to one coaching for the people who will lead AI internally.
Who is the AI training for?
Marketing and business teams who want the skill to stay in the building rather than outsourcing AI forever. We build it around your real work, not a generic slide deck.
Can I get training and done for you together?
Yes, plenty of companies want both: someone to build the first workflows and someone to teach the team to run and extend them. It is one conversation.
