11x Alternatives (2026): 10 AI SDR and Sales Agent Tools

Start with how the agent will find and contact buyers, not with the demo. Fully managed AI sales agents, AI built into sales data platforms and signal-led tools for warm outreach work in different ways, and each carries a different risk to your sending domain. Shortlist the approach first, then compare tools within it.

How does your vendor count a booked meeting? Ask that before anything else, because autonomous AI sales reps are new and most vendors judge themselves on meetings. A calendar invite that the buyer never accepts, or a meeting with someone outside your target market, can still end up in a vendor's success numbers.

If you're comparing 11x with other options, the ten tools below are listed in no particular order and grouped by approach: fully managed AI SDR agents, AI inside a sales data platform, and signal-led tools for warmer outreach, including one for phone calls.

How is a meeting counted?

Put the same questions to every vendor and write the answers down side by side:

  • What counts as a booked meeting, and does it count if the buyer doesn't turn up?
  • How are replies handled, and when does a human take over the thread?
  • How are opt-outs recorded, and do they carry across every channel?
  • What happens to bounced addresses, and how quickly does the agent stop sending to them?

Vague answers here are a warning sign, whatever the case studies say.

Protect your sending domain

Many of these tools send in volume from mailboxes you own. One careless campaign can damage your deliverability for months, and that hurts every email your company sends, not only the outbound ones. Use separate sending domains for outreach, warm them up, keep volumes modest at first and read every message the agent sends before you widen the audience.

Fully managed AI SDR agents

Artisan pitches an AI BDR that runs in your stack alongside your team. AiSDR uses real-time signals to find in-market buyers and says its agent refuses to spam. Floworks offers autonomous AI agents for B2B outreach as named roles, and Jeeva AI goes broader, with a platform for building and governing digital workers across revenue and other teams.

AI inside a sales data platform

Some teams would rather keep humans in charge and give them better data. Unify combines agents, B2B data, signals and sequencing in one chat interface. Reply.io runs multichannel sequences, automates follow-ups and adds sales AI agents to cold email work. Bardeen sources leads with an agentic web scraper, then qualifies and enriches them.

Signal-led and warm outreach

Warmer outreach starts from someone who's already shown interest. Warmly identifies anonymous website visitors, enriches them with intent data and engages them through AI chat and email. Qualified converts inbound website leads with an AI SDR agent the vendor calls Piper. Orum works on the phone instead, with AI cold calling software and agents that find numbers, dial and coach.

If calling is a big part of your process, my list of AI outbound calling software covers more options.

My advice for a first AI SDR rollout

Start small and stay close to it. An AI sales agent writes faster than any rep, and that's the risk as much as the appeal: a bad message goes out at scale before anyone notices. Treat the first month as a supervised trial, not a launch.

  1. Pick one narrow segment you know well, such as one industry in one region.
  2. Set up a separate sending domain and keep volumes low while it warms up.
  3. Read every message the agent sends during the first weeks, and correct the tone early.
  4. Check replies, opt-outs and bounces by hand against what the dashboard reports.
  5. Widen the segment only when the meetings booked are ones your team wants to take.

If the agent can't pass that test with a small group, it won't pass it with a large one.

Frequently asked questions

What is an AI SDR?

An AI SDR is software that does parts of a sales development rep's job, such as researching prospects, writing outreach, following up and booking meetings. Some run on their own; others support human reps.

Can an AI SDR damage my email deliverability?

Yes, if it sends too much, too fast, to poor lists. Use separate sending domains, warm them up and keep a close eye on bounces and spam complaints.

Is inbound or outbound AI sales the better place to start?

If your website already gets visitors who match your buyers, inbound tools usually show results with less risk. Outbound agents suit teams that need to reach people who haven't heard of them yet.

Do AI sales agents replace human reps?

Vendors pitch them as working alongside teams. In practice, most companies still need people to handle replies, run calls and close deals.

Are these AI SDR tools ranked?

No. They're in no particular order and grouped by approach, because the right one depends on how you find and contact buyers.

How should I compare AI sales agents fairly?

Give each the same segment, the same rules and the same definition of a booked meeting, then compare the meetings your team would have wanted, not the totals on a dashboard.
