SavvyCal alternatives split into three camps: designable booking pages, booking pages that take payments or sell packages, and scheduling built into a bigger tool such as a CRM or an AI calendar. If guests seeing their own calendar over yours is the reason you chose your current tool, test that on any replacement before you move.
A booking link is one of those tools you only notice when it goes wrong: a double-booked Tuesday, a client in another time zone turning up an hour late, a prospect who gives up because picking a slot felt like homework. The right link quietly removes all of that.
Here are nine booking link tools, in no particular order. Some are pretty pages, some sell sessions, and some are a scheduling feature inside a much bigger product. Before the list, there's one feature worth checking first.
The overlay test
The calling card of the tool you're leaving is calendar overlay. Your invitee lays their own calendar over your available times, so they can see at a glance which of your free slots also suit them. It cuts out the back and forth, and for people who book a lot of calls with busy clients it's the whole reason they chose it.
Most booking tools don't advertise it. Cal.com lists a calendar overlay feature on its page, where bookers overlay their own calendar to pick a slot. None of the other eight tools here mentions it on its own main page. That doesn't prove they lack it, but it does mean you shouldn't assume it.
So if overlay matters to you, open a trial account, send yourself a booking link from a second calendar, and see what the guest sees. If it isn't there, decide whether you can live without it before you move every link you've ever shared.

Where each one sits
Designable and open booking pages. These are closest to a standalone booking link. Zcal gives you control over fonts, colours and media, plus meeting polls and team booking. lemcal is a branded booking page aimed at cutting no-shows, and its page says it can bring existing schedules across quickly. Vyte covers booking pages and team scheduling, with group interviews among its uses.
Want AI doing the heavy lifting in your marketing?
I build the systems that handle the boring 80 percent, so you get your week back. Done properly, with the human kept in.
Booking pages that take payments or sell packages. If clients pay for sessions, start here. TidyCal lets you sell session packs and bundles that clients pay for upfront, through Stripe or PayPal. NeetoCal handles recurring bookings, session packages and group sessions alongside payments and reminders.
Scheduling inside a bigger tool. These aren't booking apps first. HubSpot Meetings is part of the HubSpot customer platform, so it makes sense if your sales team already lives there and wants meetings tied to deals. Reclaim.ai is an AI calendar that plans your tasks, habits and breaks, with booking links as one part of that. Calendly has grown from a scheduling link into a set of meeting tools that covers payments, prep, notes and follow-up.
Honest advice on picking a booking link tool
Pick by the job the link does most often. If it's sharing a clean, branded page with clients, the designable group will feel lightest. If clients pay you per session or buy blocks of sessions, go straight to the payment group so you're not stitching a separate checkout onto your link. If your meetings feed a sales pipeline or your calendar is already overloaded, a scheduler inside your CRM or AI calendar saves you running two tools.
And if overlay is why you're here, put it top of your test list, not bottom. For a wider look at the category, my guide to online scheduling software covers more tools, and if you'd like a calendar app to sit behind your link, see my list of calendar apps.
Moving your booking links without losing meetings
Old links live in email signatures, proposals, website buttons and automated sequences, and some of them will keep getting clicked for months. Move in this order:
- Recreate each meeting type in the new tool first, with the same lengths, buffers and questions.
- Connect the same calendars and check one test booking lands in each of them.
- Swap the link in your signature, website and templates on the same day.
- Keep the old account running for a few weeks, with a note pointing guests to the new link.
- Only close the old account once no bookings have come through it for a while.
It's dull work, but it's the difference between a clean switch and a client who booked into a calendar you no longer check.

Frequently asked questions
What is calendar overlay in a booking tool?
It lets the person booking lay their own calendar over your available times, so they can see which of your free slots also work for them without switching tabs.
Do booking link tools take payments?
Many do, usually through Stripe or PayPal. Some also sell session packages or bundles that clients pay for upfront. Check which payment providers each tool connects to.
Is a CRM scheduler enough for sales calls?
If your team already works in that CRM, often yes, because bookings attach straight to contacts and deals. If you need richer booking pages or packages, a standalone tool may suit you better.
Can I move my existing booking links to a new tool?
The links themselves won't carry over. Recreate each meeting type, update the link everywhere you've shared it, and keep the old account open for a few weeks to catch late bookings.
What's the difference between a booking link tool and an AI calendar?
A booking link tool shares your free times with other people. An AI calendar plans your own week, fitting tasks, habits and meetings around each other, and may include booking links as one feature.
Can a team share one booking link?
Yes. Round robin and team booking spread meetings across colleagues, and co-host options put several people in the same meeting. Check how each tool assigns bookings when someone is busy.
