Best AI Outbound Calling Software (2026): 9 AI Callers and Dialers

The best AI outbound calling software depends on who you want making the call: an AI voice agent that phones your leads itself, or a dialer with AI that helps your reps make more calls. A few tools here offer both, so decide which job you're hiring software for before you compare names.

Search for AI outbound calling and you'll find two kinds of software sold with the same words. In one, the AI is the caller: a voice agent rings the lead, asks the questions and books the meeting. In the other, a person still makes the call, and the AI works around them, picking numbers, skipping voicemail and coaching the rep.

This list covers nine makers, using only what each one's own site says, read on 2 Nov 2026 (as of Nov 2026). It's alphabetical and in no particular order. I've left out every connect-rate, savings and customer claim the pages make: what's here is what each tool is and the calling job it's built for.

Who makes the call: an AI agent, or your rep

Here's what a searcher wouldn't guess. 'AI outbound calling' is sold two ways: as an AI voice agent that makes the calls itself, and as an AI-assisted dialer that helps a rep make them. One contact center platform on this list carries both, with phone, SMS and chat AI agents on its product menu and a Sales Dialer listed beside them.

The makers' own words show the split. On the agent side, one page lists 'AI Cold Calling: Outbound sales calls at scale', and another says it 'automates outbound calling and contact center workflows using intelligent AI voice agents'. On the dialer side, one page is titled 'Agentic AI Cold Calling Software & Sales Dialer', another lists an 'AI Dialer', and a CRM phone system lists a 'Sales Power Dialer'.

  • An AI voice agent makes the call: you set the script and the goal, and the agent phones the lead, qualifies them and books the meeting.
  • A rep makes the call, with AI help: a dialer that finds numbers, clears voicemail and phone trees, and puts your rep on when a person answers.
  • Both on one platform: AI agents and human reps working from the same system, with a dialer for the reps.

AI voice agents that phone your leads

If you want the software to do the calling, start with the voice agent makers. One describes itself as an all-in-one platform for AI phone calls with AI voice agents that book meetings, qualify leads and support customers. Its menu lists AI cold calling, AI appointment booking, where the AI books meetings during phone calls, voice cloning for your agent, and a no-code platform to build agents without coding. Its page also has a live demo: pick a voice and a language, then call the agent or let it ring your phone.

Another is built around follow-up. Its line is 'Everyone deserves a follow up', and it says your teams can't get to every lead, so its AI agents answer questions, qualify leads and book meetings automatically. It also aims at the people who went quiet: those who stalled mid-application, went cold or asked to reconnect later. Its page walks through one lead from a website form to a call; when she says she's driving and asks for a text, the agent switches to SMS and books a callback with a loan officer. Every interaction is logged to your CRM, and it learns from your existing scripts, email outreach and recorded calls.

A third lets you pick a voice, choose a language and design scripts your way, or start from a ready-made template. During live calls its agents can book a meeting, send an SMS, update records, transfer to a human and trigger workflows, and you get post-call reports and campaign insights afterwards.

Voice agents you can resell under your own brand

One maker here sells white-label AI voice agents, for SaaS founders and agencies who want their own AI voice product line: custom domain, branded interfaces and client-level branding. For outbound work, its AI phone agents for realtors discover and qualify sellers and buyers, with no pitching, plus automated follow-ups and call-backs. Its agents also handle CRM updates and email workflows, and it supports its own carrier, Twilio, Telnyx or a SIP trunk.

Want AI doing the heavy lifting in your marketing?

I build the systems that handle the boring 80 percent, so you get your week back. Done properly, with the human kept in.

The cold calling platform above also has a white label page, so if you're an agency planning to offer AI calling to clients, those two are the ones to read first.

AI dialers that put your reps on live calls

If your reps are staying on the phone, the dialer makers are the half of this list to read. One calls itself an AI sales dialer with a crew of agents behind every rep, and it names three. Scout pulls your dialing history, flags the dead ends and finds the number that answers. Operator drops the voicemail, clears the phone tree and puts your rep on only when someone's there. Coach listens to every call, finds the battlecard that answers an objection, scores every interaction and runs practice sessions on demand. It also lists international calling, and it plugs into Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft and Gong.

Another sells revenue infrastructure for reps and agents. Its menu lists an AI dialer, AI sequencing for multi-channel engagement with AI agents, signals and intelligence, and AI coaching. For outbound, it says you research, prioritize, personalize and execute multi-channel outreach, under the headings AI prospecting, AI dialing and AI sequencing.

Phone systems and call center dialers with AI added

Two makers here start from the phone system. One is an AI-powered phone system for sales teams that run on a CRM: dialer, texting and AI agents in one system, with every call, text and outcome kept inside HubSpot or Salesforce. Its menu lists a sales power dialer, bulk SMS, local presence, Form2Call, branded calling and an AI voice agent for lead follow-up and appointment booking. It also lists integrations with Pipedrive, Zoho and HighLevel.

The other is call center software and dialers for outbound sales teams. Its outbound sales platform runs on predictive dialing, call classification and answering machine detection. Campaign management automates list processing, lead management and campaign workflows, with configurable cadences, retry logic and next-best actions, and number management monitors number health across carriers and automates number replacement. It has a version that runs outbound campaigns in Salesforce, and it lists industries from insurance and solar to home services and lead generation.

Contact centers running AI agents beside human reps

The platform that carries both kinds of calling is built for enterprise contact centers. Its AI agents work over phone, SMS, chat and WebRTC voice, and you build them once and deploy anywhere. Around them sit an AI agent builder, a journey builder, simulations, conversation intelligence, branded caller ID and phone number management, plus a unified agent desktop where human and AI agents work together. Its use cases include lead qualification, appointment setting, collections and bookings.

What to settle before you choose AI calling software

  1. Decide who makes the call: an AI voice agent, your reps with a dialer, or both.
  2. List the jobs: cold calling new leads, following up on form fills, re-engaging leads who went quiet, or booking appointments.
  3. Check which CRM the tool works with, and whether calls and outcomes are logged there.
  4. If an agent will call, look at the script and voice options and what it can do mid-call, such as booking a meeting, texting or handing over to a person.
  5. If reps will call, look at what the dialer does with voicemail, phone trees and coaching.
  6. If you're an agency, check whether the maker offers a white-label version.
  7. Book a demo with your own script and leads before you sign up.

My advice on choosing AI outbound calling software

Pick the side of this list you're on before you compare anything. If you want calls made without tying up your team, read the voice agent pages and try their demos with your own script. If your reps are good on the phone and you want them on more live conversations, the AI dialers are where to look. And if you run a contact center with both, read the platform that puts AI and human agents on one desk. Check the calling and consent rules for each country you plan to call before you start.

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between an AI voice agent and an AI dialer?

An AI voice agent makes the call itself: it phones the lead, qualifies them and books the meeting. An AI dialer helps a rep make the call, with AI that finds numbers, clears voicemail and phone trees, and coaches the rep. One platform here offers both.

Can an AI agent book meetings during an outbound call?

Several makers here say so. One lists AI appointment booking, where the AI books meetings during phone calls, another says its AI agents qualify leads and book meetings automatically, and a third lists booking a meeting among the actions its agents take during live calls.

Which of these work inside a CRM?

One phone system here keeps every call, text and outcome inside HubSpot or Salesforce, one dialer plugs into Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft and Gong, and one follow-up tool logs every interaction to your CRM. Another has a version that runs outbound campaigns in Salesforce.

Can I resell AI calling under my own brand?

Two makers here mention white label. One sells white-label AI voice agents for SaaS founders and agencies, with a custom domain and branded interfaces, and another lists white label on its menu.

Can these tools switch from a call to a text?

One maker's page shows a lead who can't talk on the call asking for a text, and the agent switching to SMS and booking a callback. Another lists sending an SMS among its agents' actions during live calls.

Do AI dialers help reps get better on the phone?

Two dialer makers here list coaching. One has a Coach agent that listens to every call, finds the battlecard for an objection, scores interactions and runs practice sessions, and another lists AI coaching on its menu.
