Systeme.io is an all-in-one tool for beginners and small sellers who want funnels, email, courses and a blog in one place, starting on a free plan that never expires. The catch, as of Oct 2026, is that plans are priced by contact count, and the free plan's other limits are tight: 3 sales funnels, 1 course and 1 automation rule.
Systeme.io sells itself on simple pricing, and the structure is simple once you see it. I read systeme.io's pricing page and the plan questions at the bottom of it, and the thing to plan around is how big your list will get, not which features you need.
Systeme.io's four plans by contact limit
| Plan | Price | What's included | The limit that bites |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 0 dollars, never expires, no card needed | 2,000 contacts, 3 sales funnels, 1 course, 1 blog, 1 affiliate programme, 1 custom domain, unlimited email sends | 1 automation rule, 1 email campaign and 500 students |
| Startup | 17 dollars a month | 5,000 contacts, 10 sales funnels, 5 courses, unlimited email sends | Tops out at 5,000 contacts |
| Webinar | 47 dollars a month | 10,000 contacts, 50 sales funnels, 20 courses, evergreen webinars | Tops out at 10,000 contacts |
| Unlimited | 97 dollars a month | Unlimited contacts, funnels, courses and automation rules | The highest monthly price on the page |
Prices as listed in the FAQ on systeme.io's pricing page, monthly billing, as of Oct 2026, check the vendor's page before you buy. The page itself says it was last updated in April, and the annual toggle says it saves 2 months.
Contacts, not features, set the systeme.io bill
Systeme.io says its four plans are based mainly on contact limits, and its own guide to choosing is a straight count. Under 2,000 contacts, use Free. From 2,000 to 5,000, Startup at 17 dollars a month. From 5,000 to 10,000, Webinar at 47 dollars a month. Over 10,000, Unlimited at 97 dollars a month.
What doesn't change is just as important. All four plans include unlimited email sends, unlimited sub-accounts, 0 percent transaction fees and the same set of core tools. So you're not paying per email or giving up a slice of each sale as you grow. You're paying for the size of your list, and nothing else moves the bill.
The one exception is webinars. Webinar is the first plan with evergreen webinars, so if that's a feature you need, the contact count isn't the only reason to move up.
How far the free plan stretches
The free plan never expires and doesn't need a credit card. It supports up to 2,000 contacts, 3 sales funnels, 1 blog, 1 course, 1 affiliate programme and 1 custom domain, with unlimited emails. The tighter limits are elsewhere: 1 automation rule, 1 email campaign and 500 students.
That's plenty for testing one offer with one funnel. It's thin if you want to run several campaigns or automate more than one step, because you'll hit the single automation rule quickly. The page also says that if you cancel a paid plan, you keep it until your next billing date and then your account reverts to Free, which makes stepping back down painless.
What systeme.io covers in one account
Systeme.io puts sales funnels, email, courses, a blog and an affiliate programme in the same account, with a custom domain even on Free. Because email sends are unlimited on every plan, you can mail your list as often as you like without the bill changing, and with 0 percent transaction fees across the board, the plan you're on doesn't take a cut of what you sell. Sub-accounts are unlimited too, which helps if you look after more than one brand.
If you're working out where your first funnel should live, I've written about where to build your first sales funnel, and if email is the part you're unsure about, there's a guide on deciding which email platform to use.

Who systeme.io suits, and who'll outgrow it
A good fit for:
- Beginners who want funnels, email, courses and a blog in one tool and want to start free with no expiry.
- Small sellers happy to pay more only as their contact count grows.
- Anyone who emails often, since sends are unlimited on every plan.
It's a weaker fit for:
- Anyone who expects to run more than a handful of automations or campaigns on the free plan, which allows 1 automation rule and 1 email campaign.
- Businesses with a list well past 10,000 contacts, who'd sit on the 97-dollar Unlimited plan.
Systeme.io advice: count your contacts first
I'd start by counting your contacts, because that number picks your plan for you. If you're under 2,000 and only need one funnel and one course, the free plan is a fair place to begin, and it won't run out on you. If you know you'll need more than one automation rule or email campaign, plan for Startup sooner rather than later. And if webinars are part of how you sell, Webinar is the plan that brings them in. Please can you check systeme.io's pricing page yourself before you upgrade, as plans change.
