DMARC tools read the reports mailbox providers send about your domain and show who's sending email in your name, so you can fix SPF and DKIM and move safely to a reject policy. Free digests cover monitoring, while managed platforms help you reach enforcement. Ten options follow in no particular order.
Once you publish a DMARC record, the big mailbox providers start sending you XML reports every day. They're unreadable by hand, and that's the whole reason these tools exist. The goal is simple: find every service that sends as you, authenticate it, then tell receivers to reject everything else.
The ten tools below are listed alphabetically and in no particular order, and every description comes from each vendor's own website, read as of Oct 2026. If you're new to email authentication, start with my email deliverability checklist first.
DMARC report readers and platforms at a glance
I checked the free plan column on each vendor's own website, as of Oct 2026. Yes means the page names a free plan, a free version or an open source edition. Trial only means it names a time-limited free trial. Not stated means the page I read named neither, so check the vendor's own site before you sign up.

Ten DMARC tools for monitoring and enforcement
DMARC Report
Best for: Domain owners who want raw aggregate and forensic XML turned into readable reports, parked domain protection and a REST API for their stack.
dmarcian
Best for: Organisations, MSPs and IT agencies wanting a DMARC management platform plus human deployment, onboarding and consultation services.
DMARCLY
Best for: Organisations in education, e-commerce, finance or healthcare wanting SPF, DKIM and DMARC monitoring with record generators, checkers and a setup wizard.
EasyDMARC
Best for: MSPs and in-house teams wanting DMARC reporting with managed SPF, DKIM and BIMI, threat intelligence and a DNS manager in one operating view.
Postmark DMARC Digests
Best for: Small senders who want ISP DMARC reports turned into a free weekly email summary, with a premium monitoring tier when they need more.
PowerDMARC
Best for: Teams wanting hosted DMARC, SPF, DKIM, MTA-STS and BIMI records managed for them, with a free analyzer control panel in 11 languages.
Red Sift OnDMARC
Best for: Security teams wanting instant visibility into their domain's email security posture and a clear route to stopping spoofing fast.
Sendmarc
Best for: Businesses and MSP partners that want DMARC, SPF and DKIM configured, monitored and enforced from one platform built for automation and ease of use.
URIports
Best for: Technical teams wanting DMARC alongside TLS-RPT, content security policy, DNS and certificate monitoring, with hosted MTA-STS.
Valimail
Best for: Enterprises and government bodies wanting unlimited domain visibility on a free Monitor tier, then an Enforce product for continuous DMARC enforcement.

I build the systems that handle the boring 80 percent, so you get your week back. Done properly, with the human kept in.
Free DMARC monitoring sits at the top of the market
Here's what surprised me on the vendor pages. Postmark's DMARC page is titled Free DMARC Monitoring from Postmark, and PowerDMARC's page title is Free DMARC Analyzer. So a free tier isn't a fringe option; it's how several serious vendors get you in the door.
Red Sift's product page is OnDMARC, now sold inside the wider Red Sift platform, so you're buying into a bigger security suite. That's fine if you want one, and worth knowing if you only need reports.
Self-serve report reader or managed enforcement?
- Self-serve report reader. You get readable summaries of who sends as your domain and you make the DNS changes yourself. It's ideal for one or two domains and a technical owner.
- Managed enforcement. The vendor's team or software walks you from p=none to p=reject, often with hosted SPF and DKIM so you don't hit the SPF lookup limit.
- For MSPs and agencies. Multi-domain dashboards and partner programs let you run DMARC for many clients from one login.
The path from p=none to p=reject in five steps
- Publish a DMARC record at p=none with a reporting address, so you collect data without blocking anything.
- Read the reports for a few weeks and list every service sending as your domain: your mail host, newsletter tool, CRM, help desk and billing system.
- Fix SPF and DKIM for each legitimate sender until they pass and align.
- Move to p=quarantine, ideally in stages using the pct tag, and watch for anything you missed.
- Move to p=reject and keep monitoring, because new tools get added and old ones break.
Spoofing is how a lot of business email scams start. My guide to business email compromise attacks covers the other defences you need.

My plain advice on choosing a DMARC tool
Start free. Point your DMARC reporting address at a free digest or free tier and watch it for a few weeks before you buy anything. If you've got one domain and someone comfortable editing DNS, that may be all you need. If you've got many domains, lots of sending services or a deadline from a mailbox provider, a managed platform will get you to p=reject faster and with fewer surprises.
And train people too, because DMARC stops spoofing of your own domain, not lookalike ones. My steps to protect your company against phishing cover that side.

Frequently asked questions
What does a DMARC tool do?
It collects the aggregate reports mailbox providers send about your domain and turns them into readable dashboards, so you can see who's sending as you and whether SPF and DKIM pass.
Are there free DMARC tools?
Yes. Several vendors on this list name a free tier or free version on their own site, shown in the free plan column, and many also offer free record checkers.
What's the difference between p=none, p=quarantine and p=reject?
p=none only monitors. p=quarantine asks receivers to send failing mail to spam. p=reject asks them to block it outright. You move through them in that order.
How long does it take to reach p=reject?
For a simple domain, a few weeks of monitoring and fixes. For a big organisation with many sending services, it can take months, which is where managed platforms help.
Do I need DMARC if I send newsletters?
Yes. The big mailbox providers now expect bulk senders to publish a DMARC record, and it protects your domain from being used in phishing.
