Is Driffle Legit? Game Keys, Refunds and Seller Risks (2026)

Yes, Driffle is a real platform operated by UAB Driffle, registered in Vilnius, Lithuania. The catch is that its own terms say it's an online platform where independent vendors sell the keys, not a shop selling them itself. Your refund rights depend on whether you've revealed the key, and publishers set their own rules.

Cheap game keys look wonderful until you wonder who's selling them, which is why "is Driffle legit" is such a common search. I've read Driffle's terms, its refund policy and its Driffle Protect terms, plus Valve's Steam agreement for the publisher side, so you can see what's promised and what isn't. It's a plain read of the paperwork, not a ranking.

The company behind Driffle

The terms name the operator as UAB Driffle, with its registered office in Vilnius, Lithuania. The same terms say they're governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, unless the law that applies to a consumer says otherwise. Support contact is listed as [email protected]. So it's a registered company with an address, not an anonymous storefront.

To open an account you need to be at least 18 years old, or above the age your own country sets for taking on contractual responsibility. If a younger gamer wants to buy, that's a conversation for a parent, not a workaround.

Driffle sells through vendors, not itself

This is the point people miss. Driffle's terms say the platform is not an online shop but a place where users and vendors trade. Sales happen between users and vendors, the vendors are the sellers of the digital content, and Driffle doesn't sell or buy digital content itself. In plain words, you're buying from third-party sellers using Driffle as the venue.

The terms add that Driffle uses reasonable measures to check users' and vendors' information, and that vendors must supply business information at first request. That's a sign of some checks, though the terms don't describe a formal verification process, so I wouldn't read it as a guarantee about any single seller.

Driffle refunds: the 14-day rule and the reveal catch

Driffle's refund policy is more generous than many key sites, but it turns on one action. For retail keys and accounts, you have 14 days from purchase to request a full refund, with no reason needed, if you haven't revealed the key or credentials. Once you reveal it, or once the 14-day mark passes, that change-of-mind option ends.

So the habit to build is simple: don't reveal a key until you're ready to redeem it. Wholesale items follow different rules. They're treated as revealed at purchase, so there's no 14-day window, and refunds or replacements apply only to verified product issues.

  • Top-ups are non-refundable by nature, although failed top-ups are refunded automatically.
  • If a key doesn't work, you can open a support ticket at any time, and Driffle decides on a replacement or refund after verification.
  • For a revealed product issue, include your order ID, evidence such as screenshots and a clear description.
  • Refunds for purchases made with vendor withdrawable balance go to the Driffle Wallet only; other payment methods are refunded to the original payment source.

What Driffle Protect covers

Driffle also offers Driffle Protect. Its terms say it applies to digital products bought on the Driffle platform. Plus members get it automatically and others must select it at checkout. It excludes purchases through third-party platforms or unauthorized resellers, and issues must be reported within a reasonable timeframe.

The terms say refunds and replacements are typically handled within 24-48 hours of claim verification. Notice that word, typically. It's an aim, not a promise, so keep your order details and screenshots handy if something goes wrong.

What I checkedWhat Driffle's own pages say
Who operates it?UAB Driffle, registered in Vilnius, Lithuania
Who sells the keys?Vendors; Driffle says it isn't an online shop
Change-of-mind refund?14 days for unrevealed retail keys
Wholesale keys?Treated as revealed at purchase; verified product issues only
Minimum age?At least 18, or the age of contractual responsibility in your country
Complaint handling?Vendor complaints go through the help centre; Driffle aims to resolve complaints within 14 days

What the publisher says about keys

Driffle's refund policy only covers Driffle's side. The game's publisher has its own rules, and they can matter more. Valve's Steam Subscriber Agreement, for example, says the original activation key will not be able to be registered to any other account, and that the licence is for personal non-commercial use. It also says Valve may restrict or terminate your account or a particular subscription, without being required to give notice.

I'm not saying a key from Driffle will cause a ban. I'm saying the publisher's terms are the final word on what you can do with a key, so read them before you buy. Also check the region and platform on the listing, because a key made for another platform won't redeem.

Scams that use Driffle's name

A cheap-keys brand attracts fake login pages and impostor sellers. Type the address yourself rather than tapping a link in a message or an ad. Keep the whole purchase inside the checkout, and don't pay anyone who messages you privately offering a cheaper deal.

  • Never share your Driffle password or verification codes with anyone claiming to be support.
  • Ignore social media accounts offering free keys in exchange for logging in.
  • Use the support page on the official site for tickets, not numbers from comments.
  • Check seller feedback with care; my guide to spotting a fake product review shows what padded praise looks like.

If you'd rather compare with another resale route for buying things second-hand, my write-up on whether Back Market is legit shows how a platform with a warranty differs from one built on independent vendors.

Where I land on Driffle

It's a real operator with a published refund policy, a protection add-on and a company address, so I don't think it's a scam. The honest caveats are that vendors, not Driffle, sell the keys, the best refund right ends the moment you reveal a key, and the publisher's terms sit above everything. Redeem soon after buying, keep your order details, and only spend what you'd be fine losing.
