Zendrop is a dropshipping platform with a supplier catalog, fulfilment and store tools, and it suits beginners who want those in one place and would like to start free. The catch, as of Oct 2026, is that the Free tier is marked limited access, and the pricing page text doesn't spell out which features sit on which plan.
Zendrop comes up whenever someone's planning their first dropshipping store, and the question is always whether to pay. I read Zendrop's pricing page and its homepage, and here's what they do and don't tell you.
Zendrop's three tiers
| Tier | Monthly | Yearly | How the page describes it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 0 dollars | 0 dollars | Limited access |
| Pro | 49 dollars a month | 399 dollars a year | Grow your business |
| Plus | 79 dollars a month | 549 dollars a year | Maximize your chances of success |
Amounts are in US dollars as Zendrop's pricing page lists them, as of Oct 2026. Check the vendor's pricing page before you buy, and open each plan's feature list there, because the tick marks are what tell you what's included.
The part of Zendrop's pricing you can't read at a glance
Each tier on the pricing page has a long list of feature names under it: access to 1M+ products, 24/7 support, unlimited orders, custom branding, US products, top winning products, live weekly coaching calls and more. The same words appear under all three tiers, and what separates them is which items are ticked. The Free card's only plain description is "Limited access". So I won't tell you which features are on which plan, because the page text I read doesn't say, and anyone who does without checking the live cards is guessing.
My advice is to open the "See features" link on each card and compare the ticks for the things you'll use in week one, such as automated fulfillment, branding and the coaching calls. Then look at the yearly prices: Pro is 49 dollars a month or 399 dollars a year, and Plus is 79 dollars a month or 549 dollars a year. If you're still testing whether dropshipping is for you, the Free tier is the obvious place to start.
There's also a line on every card that reads "Get Started" next to a monthly and a yearly figure, and the billing tabs switch between the two. Paying yearly on Pro works out at less than twelve months of the monthly price, and the same is true of Plus, so if you've already proved your store can sell, the yearly tab is the one to compare. If you haven't, I wouldn't lock in a year to find out.
The other thing to know is that Zendrop sells services alongside the platform tiers. Its homepage menu lists sourcing and quoting, US 3PL warehousing and fulfillment, China 3PL warehousing and fulfillment, and coaching and education. These sit under Services, not inside the plan cards, so plan on them being a separate conversation.
What Zendrop covers
Zendrop describes itself as "a trusted supplier, 3PL warehouse, and tech platform for people who want to dropship or sell their inventory." Its FAQ explains the model plainly: you don't buy products upfront, and when a customer orders, the supplier ships the product straight to them. The catalog is "over a million products", with the option to source almost anything else.
On the product side, the homepage menu lists AI-built stores, an AI ad generator for UGC video ads, an MCP server to connect AI agents to your store, print-on-demand and product discovery. It integrates with Shopify, Wix, TikTok Shop and ClickFunnels. If you're still at the planning stage, my guide to building a dropshipping business covers the groundwork, and these practical dropshipping tips are worth a look before you pick products.
Zendrop's FAQ also makes a point I'd underline for beginners: dropshipping is "an easy way to start an online store without needing a lot of money", because you don't hold stock. That's true of the model, but the work of choosing products, writing listings and getting traffic is still yours. The platform handles the supplier and shipping side; the selling side is down to you, whichever tier you're on.

Who Zendrop suits and who should look elsewhere
- Beginners who want a supplier, fulfilment and a store platform in one place.
- Sellers already on Shopify, Wix, TikTok Shop or ClickFunnels who want a catalog plugged in.
- Anyone happy to test on the Free tier before choosing between Pro and Plus.
- Sellers who need to know exactly which feature sits on which plan before signing up, and won't check the live cards.
- Anyone expecting warehousing, sourcing or coaching to be part of a tier; those are listed as services.
- Stores that want to hold their own stock and run their own fulfilment from day one.

My verdict on Zendrop
I'd start on the Free tier, find a handful of products and see how orders flow before paying. When you're ready to upgrade, compare the ticked features on the Pro and Plus cards for what you'll use, and look at the yearly prices if you're committed. I'd skip it if you want every feature spelled out in plain text before you sign up, or if you need warehousing included in the plan.
