Write for Us Trading: Trading Blog Guest Post Guidelines

Yes, trading guest posts are accepted on this blog. The ideal writer is an experienced trader, market analyst, trading educator or fintech founder who can explain a method, a lesson or a mistake from their own trading. We decline signals, tips to buy or sell a named asset, guaranteed return claims and posts written to push one broker or platform.

Most trading pitches promise a strategy that never loses or rewrite the same beginner glossary. What this blog wants is the working view: how a trader manages risk on a small account, what a journal taught them, how they decide when to stay out of the market, and what a reader can apply with their own money and their own judgement.

My readers are business owners, founders and people building income outside a salary. They already read my guides to trading with a small account, dividend stocks for passive income and building a stock watchlist and news feed. A trading post has to help them think more clearly about risk, process and their own decisions.

60-second trading guest post check

A strong submission can answer yes to all five points:

  • Do you trade, analyse markets or teach trading yourself
  • Can you share a real example from your own trading, wins and losses included
  • Does your opening answer the reader's question in the first two lines
  • Have you avoided telling readers what to buy or sell
  • Have you removed any sales pitch for one broker, course or platform

Read the guidelines and submit your guest post.

What we publish

  • Risk management and position sizing explained with real examples
  • Trading journals and the lessons they revealed
  • Psychology, discipline and knowing when not to trade
  • Stocks, indices, commodities and crypto trading methods, explained plainly
  • How a trading educator or fintech business found and kept its audience
  • Tools, charts and data feeds compared from hands on use
  • Mistakes beginners make, from someone who made them
  • Building a trading routine around a full time business

If your post could be published on any trading site with the logo swapped, it is not for us.

What we don't accept

  • Signals, tips or calls to buy or sell a named asset
  • Guaranteed return or no loss claims
  • Promotion of one broker, course or platform
  • Posts that read like financial advice for a specific person
  • Previously published posts republished from another site

What you get

  • Your article in front of an engaged audience of business owners, marketers and founders
  • One relevant, contextual link back to your own site
  • A byline and the credibility of an established, high-traffic blog
  • Editorial help to make the piece as strong as it can be before it goes live

How to submit

Send your pitch or draft through the contact form. Include the topic, the one specific problem the post solves, and a line on your first-hand experience with it. One idea per pitch works best. You will hear back on whether it is a fit before you write the full draft.

What a strong trading pitch looks like

A weak pitch says "I want to write about the one strategy that makes money every day." A strong one says "I kept a trading journal for a full year and I want to show the three patterns in my losing trades, the rules I added because of them, and how my drawdowns changed after." One is a brochure. The other is worth reading.

The angles that get accepted fastest

  • A risk rule that changed your results, with the before and after
  • What a year of journaling taught you
  • When you stay out of the market and why
  • A trading mistake you made and the process that fixed it
  • Choosing charting tools and data feeds, tested side by side
  • Trading around a business or a full time job
  • How you teach beginners to protect their capital
  • Growing a trading education or fintech brand without hype

Frequently asked questions

Does Lilach Bullock accept trading guest posts?

Yes. Trading guest posts are welcome from experienced traders, analysts, educators and fintech founders who can share their own process and results. We publish practical articles about method and risk and decline signals, tips and hype.

What trading topics do you accept?

Stocks, indices, commodities, crypto trading, risk management, journaling, trading psychology, tools and data, and building a trading education business. The common thread is a real lesson from your own trading.

Do you accept forex guest posts here?

Forex pitches suit the forex page better, while this page covers trading across all markets. Either way, every pitch reaches the same editor and the same standards apply.

How long should a guest post be?

Most accepted posts run between 1,200 and 2,000 words. Length matters less than usefulness: a tight 1,200 word post with one clear lesson beats a 3,000 word overview every time. Use short paragraphs, clear subheadings and at least one real example.

Can I include a link back to my own site?

One contextual link back to your own site is fine when it is relevant and helps the reader. Posts written purely to build a backlink with no real value for the reader are not published.

Do you accept previously published content?

No. Every submission must be original and not published anywhere else first, including your own blog, Medium, LinkedIn or a guest slot on another site. Republished or lightly reworded content gets declined, and we check before anything goes live.

Can I use AI tools to help write my guest post?

You can use AI to help with research or tidying your draft, but the experience, examples and opinions must be yours. Posts that read like generic AI output, with no first-hand detail, are declined.

Do you accept sponsored or commercial partnerships?

Commercial and partnership enquiries are handled separately from editorial guest posts. If you are a brand or agency wanting to work together rather than pitch an article, say so in the contact form and you will get the right details back.

How long does a decision take?

We aim to come back to you within a few working days. If the pitch is specific and clearly written, with the result in the first line, the decision is much faster.

Do you edit guest posts before they go live?

Yes. Every accepted post gets an editorial pass for clarity, structure and accuracy, and you may be asked for an extra example or a missing number. The aim is to make your piece as useful as it can be, not to change your voice.

Can I pitch more than one idea?

Yes, but send them one at a time or as a short numbered list with one line each. The strongest pitch goes first, and a single clear idea with a real result almost always beats several vague ones.

How do I submit a trading guest post?

Send your pitch through the contact form with the topic, the specific result or lesson you will cover, and a line on your own experience trading or teaching the markets you are writing about. One idea per pitch works best, and you will hear back before you write the full draft.
