Bingo Tour is a real bingo app published by Aviagames Inc., and it does pay cash-match prizes out through PayPal. But winning cash means depositing first and beating other players, so you can lose your entries, it's only for over-18s outside several US states, and it was named in a class action over alleged bots that Aviagames denies.
Bingo Tour is one of the bingo apps I get asked about most, usually by people who've seen an advert with a big prize pot and want to know if it's for real. I've read its App Store listing, Aviagames' terms and support pages, and the court and press reporting. Here's the honest picture before you put a penny into it.
Who publishes Bingo Tour
The App Store lists Aviagames Inc. as the developer of Bingo Tour: Win Real Cash. Aviagames also makes Bingo Clash, a pool game and the Pocket7Games app, and its terms of service give an office address in San Mateo, California. The app is rated 18+, with content notes that say it contains gambling and frequent contests.
A named company with published terms is a good start. It tells you who's accountable if something goes wrong. It doesn't tell you whether you'll come out ahead, and for most players the answer to that is no.
How a Bingo Tour tournament is set up
According to the listing, tournaments have between 5 and 10 players, and the top 3 take home prizes. Everyone plays bingo cards at the same time, and your score depends on how quickly and accurately you mark numbers and use boosters. So in a full table of ten, most players finish outside the prizes.
There are two ways in. You can use Gems, the free in-game currency, to play free matches, or enter Cash Matches to play for real money. The listing describes practising for free first, then choosing a prize pool for cash play. I'd do plenty of the free kind before touching the second.
Putting money into Bingo Tour and taking it out
The listing names Apple Pay, Visa and Venmo as deposit partners and says you withdraw winnings with PayPal. In a reply to a reviewer, the developer lists PayPal, E-check and bank card as withdrawal options and says a withdrawal usually takes up to seven business days.
Aviagames' terms and support page add the details you'll want before depositing:
- Withdrawals have a minimum of five US dollars, unless you're closing the account.
- A processing fee may apply, depending on your transaction activity, and you'll see it in the app once you enter an amount.
- Any Bonus Cash in your account is lost as soon as you apply for a withdrawal.
That last point catches a lot of people. A promotional balance can make your account look healthier on screen, but that balance disappears the moment you cash out.
Where Bingo Tour cash matches aren't allowed
The listing says players must be at least 18, and that cash matches aren't available in Arkansas, Delaware, Louisiana, Michigan, South Dakota or US territories including Puerto Rico. Players there can still use free games.
Aviagames' terms of service give a slightly different list: Arkansas, Delaware, Louisiana, South Carolina and South Dakota, plus US territories. If you're in Michigan or South Carolina, check inside the app before depositing, because the two official sources disagree.
The Bingo Tour bot lawsuit
This is probably why you searched. Casino.org reported in 2023 that two players filed a class action in the US Northern District of California, alleging they had been playing against bots on Aviagames' leading titles, naming Bingo Tour and Pocket7Games. Aviagames called the claims baseless and said it would answer them in court. I couldn't confirm how the case stands now, so treat these as allegations, not findings.

Separately, the law firm King and Spalding says it won a 42.9 million dollar jury verdict for Skillz against Aviagames on February 9, 2024, after jurors found Pocket7Games willfully infringed a Skillz patent. That case was about patents, not about Bingo Tour's matches.
Aviagames' own answer to the real-players question is on its support page. It says it aims to match you with live players of similar skill, and when nobody suitable is available, you may face a Historical Playthrough: a recorded game from a real player, shown with a generated profile.
Keeping Bingo Tour spending under control
I didn't find any deposit limit or self-exclusion settings described in Aviagames' terms or support page. That means you need your own guard rails.
- Pick a monthly amount you're happy to lose, and don't top it up.
- Stick to free Gem games when you're tired or bored.
- Never chase a losing streak with a bigger entry.
- If bingo is starting to feel like a problem, take a break and contact a gambling support service where you live.
Fake Bingo Tour offers
Watch out for websites selling Gems, promising cheat tools or offering to boost your withdrawal for a fee. They're not connected to Aviagames, and some are simply after your login or card details. Install Bingo Tour from the official app store, and use the in-app support or Aviagames' support page if anything goes wrong.

Is Bingo Tour worth a deposit?
As a free bingo game, it's harmless fun. As a way to make money, the maths works against most players, because only 3 places pay in each table and fees come off withdrawals.
