Fyxer is an AI assistant for your inbox and meetings that drafts replies, sorts email, takes meeting notes and keeps a follow-up list, and it suits solo operators and small teams in Gmail or Outlook. The deciding catch, as of Oct 2026, is credits: Free gets 400 a month, about 20 chat messages.
Fyxer AI turns up in a lot of inbox conversations, so it's no surprise people want a straight read before handing it their email. I read Fyxer's pricing page, homepage and security page, and the thing that decides whether it works for you is how its credits are counted.
Fyxer plans and what each one gives you
| Plan | Price as listed | What's included | The limit that bites |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 0 dollars | Personal profile, briefings and AI chat | 400 credits a month, which the page says is about 20 chat messages |
| Pro | 37 dollars per person a month, billed annually | Replies drafted in your tone, automatic labeling, meeting recording, a follow-up list, unlimited personal spaces and 3 shared spaces per seat | Unlimited credits for the first 3 months as a launch offer, then 3,000 credits a month per paid member |
| Team | 64 dollars per person a month, billed annually | Everything in Pro plus unlimited shared spaces, assigned follow-ups and shared company context | Uses pooled credits across the team |
| Enterprise | Annual contract, priced for your organization | Everything in Team plus your own environment, such as a private cloud | You'll need to speak to sales |
Amounts are in US dollars as Fyxer's pricing page shows them, as of Oct 2026. Check the vendor's pricing page before you buy; the Pro and Team cards show more than one figure, so confirm which applies to you.
How Fyxer's credits decide what you get
Fyxer doesn't meter you by seats alone. Almost everything it does draws on a monthly credit allowance, and that's the part buyers don't see coming. On the Free plan, chat messages "Uses credits (400 a month is about 20 messages)". That's not a lot of conversation with your assistant.
Inbox sorting is the bigger one. The comparison table lists sorting and labeling at "5 emails per credit, including historical sorting" on Pro and as pooled credits on Team, and shows a dash against it on Free. So if what you want is a tidied inbox, you're looking at a paid plan from day one, and a busy inbox with a long history will chew through credits before you've written a single reply.
Then there's the launch offer. Paid plans currently come with "Unlimited credits, first 3 months", then 3,000 credits a month per paid member. That means your first three months won't tell you what normal use costs in credits. I'd keep an eye on how much you sort and chat in that window, because month four is the real test.
One thing in Fyxer's favour that people often ask about: its security page says "Fyxer will never send an email on your behalf." It drafts, you send. Meeting participants are notified before Fyxer joins a call, and if they decline, it won't join.
What Fyxer does day to day
The homepage lists an inbox organizer, an email draft writer, a meeting notetaker, a scheduling assistant, AI chat, Flows and Spaces. In practice, that means Fyxer sorts and labels your email, drafts replies in your tone, records meetings, keeps your follow-up list current and gives you a daily dashboard briefing. It connects to Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Gmail, Slack, Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Google Meet, HubSpot, Claude and ChatGPT. If you're weighing up how much of your email an assistant should touch, my guide to managing your inbox with AI walks through the options.
On data, the security page says your data is never used to train third-party models like OpenAI, and it lists SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, GDPR and HIPAA compliance. That's Fyxer's own statement; if your business has specific requirements, check them with Fyxer directly. There's a 14-day free trial on the paid plans, started with your work email.

Who Fyxer suits and who should skip it
- Solo operators who live in Gmail or Outlook and want drafted replies, sorted labels and a follow-up list in one place.
- Small teams who want shared spaces and assigned follow-ups, and are comfortable with pooled credits.
- Anyone who sits in a lot of calls and wants notes, as long as the people on those calls are happy to be asked first. For a wider look, see my notes on AI meeting note takers for small businesses.
- Anyone who wants an assistant that sends email on its own. Fyxer only drafts.
- Heavy inbox users who'll need high volume every month after the launch offer ends and don't want to watch an allowance.
- Anyone hoping the Free plan will sort their inbox; it's mainly chat on a small allowance.
My advice on Fyxer
I'd start with the 14-day trial on Pro rather than the Free plan, because Free doesn't really show you what Fyxer is for. Use the trial and the launch months to watch how many credits your inbox eats, then decide. I'd skip it if you want something that replies for you without a check, or if a monthly allowance would make you nervous about using it. If you're after simple email triage for a small business, that might be all you need.
