Amplemarket Alternatives (2026): 10 Outbound Sales Tools

The right Amplemarket alternative depends on which part of the job you're replacing: finding contacts, deciding who to contact, or sending the outreach. Some replacements are big contact databases, some are workflow builders, some hand prospecting to AI agents and some only send cold email, so pick the job first and the tool second.

Amplemarket sells itself as an all-in-one sales platform that combines a B2B contact database, buying signals, multichannel outreach and deliverability tooling. When a team starts looking elsewhere, it's usually because one of those parts matters far more to them than the rest, and they want a tool built around that part instead of a bundle.

So the ten tools below aren't trying to be the same product. They're listed in no particular order, nothing is ranked and nothing is linked. Read the section on jobs first, because it decides which group you should be shopping in.

One platform, three separate jobs

Outbound software does three different things, and all-in-one platforms hide the seams between them. The first job is finding people: names, emails, phone numbers and company data. The second is deciding who to contact and when, which is where buying signals, intent data and website visitors come in. The third is the sending itself: sequences, mailboxes, warm-up and the steps that keep you out of spam folders.

The alternatives split those jobs in very different ways. Some keep all three under one roof. Some are brilliant at one and expect you to bring the other two. That's why the real effort of switching isn't the contract or the login. It's rebuilding the sequences that already work, and checking that the new tool's contact data and mailbox warm-up perform as well for your market as the old ones did.

A tool can look stronger on paper and still book fewer meetings for you, because data quality varies by country, industry and job title. You won't know until you've sent real emails to real people from your own segment.

Databases, workflows, AI agents or plain sending

Big all-round platforms. Apollo is the closest in spirit to an all-in-one: it describes one connected system covering data, intelligence and execution. Outreach sits at the enterprise end and now positions itself beyond sequences, with forecasting, deal coaching and account expansion for whole revenue teams.

Build-your-own data and signals. Clay isn't a fixed outbound tool at all. It's a workflow builder that pulls data from many sources and runs AI agents over it, so you design the play yourself. Unify brings agents, data, signals and sequencing into a chat interface. Warmly starts from a different place again: the people already visiting your website, identified and enriched before anyone is contacted.

AI agents doing the prospecting. Artisan leads with an AI BDR that runs outbound for you. Persana focuses on finding and personalising outreach around one ideal customer persona. Regie.ai mixes prospecting and why-now research with a dialer and a built-in CRM, which helps if your reps still pick up the phone.

Sending only. If you've already got good data and a CRM, you may only need the sending half. Smartlead is built around cold email at scale with unlimited mailboxes and AI warm-up, per its own page. Salesforge adds LinkedIn senders to the mailboxes and includes an AI SDR agent.

Who each tool serves

Apollo

Best for: Teams that want contact data, buying intelligence and outreach execution in one connected go-to-market system, which is how the vendor describes it.

Artisan

Best for: Founders and lean sales teams who'd rather have an AI BDR run outbound prospecting and outreach, per the vendor's own claim.

Clay

Best for: Growth and ops people who want to pull data from many sources, run agentic workflows and launch plays, instead of working inside a fixed outbound tool.

Outreach

Best for: Larger revenue teams who want forecasting, coaching, deal closing and account expansion handled by agentic AI, going beyond sequences (vendor claim).

Persana

Best for: Outbound teams that want to find, enrich and personalise prospects at scale around a defined ideal customer, with booked meetings as the aim (vendor claim).

Regie.ai

Best for: Reps who call as well as email, with buyers found from your website, enrichment, why-now signals, a dialer and a built-in CRM.

Salesforge

Best for: Agencies and outbound teams wanting many mailboxes and LinkedIn senders under one roof, plus an AI SDR agent the vendor calls Frank.

Warmly

Best for: B2B teams with steady website traffic who want anonymous visitors identified, enriched with intent data and engaged through AI chat and email.

My advice on leaving an all-in-one outbound platform

Don't replace a bundle with another bundle by default. Write down which of the three jobs you lean on most, then shortlist two tools from that group and one all-round option to compare against. If your data is the weak spot, start with the database and workflow tools. If deliverability is the weak spot, the sending tools deserve a look first, even if you keep your data source.

Remember that your mailboxes, domains and warm-up history are part of what you're moving. Rushing a new tool onto fresh mailboxes at full volume is the quickest way to undo months of reputation.

Run one sequence twice before you commit

The fairest comparison is a small, boring one. Take the sequence that performs best for you today and run it in the new tool on a fresh, small list from the same segment.

  1. Export your best-performing sequence, including every step, delay and template.
  2. Pull a small list from the same market and job titles you normally target.
  3. Warm up the new mailboxes before you send anything at volume.
  4. Send the same sequence from both tools over the same period.
  5. Compare reply rate and bounce rate side by side, not opens alone.
  6. Only move your other sequences once the new tool matches or beats the old one.

It takes a few weeks, but it tells you more than any demo, and it protects the domains you've spent so long building up.

Frequently asked questions

Why do sales teams look for Amplemarket alternatives?

Usually because one part of an all-in-one platform matters most to them: a bigger contact database, a flexible workflow builder, AI agents that prospect for them, or simply cold email sending at scale.

Do I need a contact database and a sending tool, or one platform?

It depends on your team. One platform is simpler to run. Separate tools let you pick the strongest data source and the strongest sender, but you'll spend more time connecting them.

What's an AI SDR or AI BDR?

It's software that handles parts of the prospecting job a sales development rep would do, such as researching accounts, writing first-touch emails and following up. How much it handles on its own varies by vendor.

How do I protect deliverability when I switch outbound tools?

Warm up new mailboxes before sending at volume, keep your sending patterns steady, and watch bounce rates closely in the first weeks. Don't move every sequence on day one.

Can I keep my existing sequences when I move?

You can usually rebuild them, but they rarely import perfectly. Export every step and template first, then recreate one sequence and test it before you move the rest.
