SavvyCal Pricing (2026): Basic vs Premium and Who Each Suits

SavvyCal shows two plans, Basic and Premium, both priced per user with annual and monthly options. A free account lets you set up links and polls, but taking bookings needs one of the two plans, as of Nov 2026.

SavvyCal's pricing page is short, and that's useful: there are only two plans, the page says there are no add-ons, and every host pays for a seat. The details that matter sit in what the free account can't do and in what Premium adds on top of Basic.

What a free SavvyCal account can and can't do

You can sign up, connect calendars, set up links and use meeting polls for free. What you can't do is let people book: the page says that to let people book from your links, you need Basic or Premium. There's no self-serve trial either, though the page offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. Invitees never need an account or a plan of their own, so your clients won't be asked to sign up for anything.

Basic and Premium side by side

PlanPrice as shownBilling basisMain limitWho it suits
Basic$10 per user / month billed annually ($120 per user per year), or $12 per user billed monthlyAnnual or monthly, per userPer-user seat; everyone who hosts meetings needs a seatEverything you need to share a link and get booked
Premium$17 per user / month billed annually ($200 per user per year), or $20 per user billed monthlyAnnual or monthly, per userPer-user seat; plans cannot be mixed on a subscriptionYour brand, not ours (the page also marks it for businesses)

One line on the page doesn't add up. Premium is shown as $17 per user per month billed annually, alongside $200 per user per year, and those two numbers don't multiply out to the same total. Both are quoted here exactly as the page shows them, so check the checkout screen for the amount you'll be charged before you pay for a year.

What you gain across the two plans

Basic isn't a stripped-down taster. It includes unlimited links, polls, calendars and teams, round robin, collective and group modes, optimized availability, workflows and reminders, CRM, Zapier and conferencing integrations, AI assistants (MCP), and API and webhooks.

Premium adds the branding layer: booking pages on your own domain, removal of SavvyCal branding, emails sent from your own address, delegate access for an assistant, and taking payment when people book through Stripe. If your clients pay you at the point of booking, that last one is the line that matters.

What teams tend to miss

The step from Basic to Premium is where your branding takes over from SavvyCal's, and it's all or nothing per subscription. Plans can't be mixed, so you can't put one person on Premium for a branded page and keep the rest of the team on Basic. Every host in a team needs a paid seat, and teams over 50 users get volume pricing by email rather than from the page.

That makes the seat count the number to work out first. Count everyone who hosts meetings, not everyone who books them, then decide whether the whole team needs Premium's branding or none of it does.

Discounts listed on the page

Students, educators and non-profits save 25%, and the page says that stacks with annual billing, giving Basic $90 per user per year with both. There's nothing else to add: the page states there are no add-ons.

My advice on reading SavvyCal's two plans

The page shows a simple split. Basic covers booking, team scheduling modes, integrations and the API; Premium adds your own domain, your own sending address, branding removal, delegated access and Stripe payments. Seats are per user, plans can't be mixed on one subscription, and teams over 50 users talk to SavvyCal by email about volume pricing.

The one thing to check twice is Premium's annual figure, because the page's monthly and yearly numbers for it don't match. Everything else on the page is plain and easy to plan around.

Frequently asked questions

Is SavvyCal free?

You can set up an account, connect calendars, make links and run meeting polls for free, but as of Nov 2026 letting people book from your links needs Basic or Premium.

How much is SavvyCal Basic?

The page shows $10 per user / month billed annually ($120 per user per year), or $12 per user billed monthly, as of Nov 2026.

Does SavvyCal have a free trial?

There's no self-serve trial. The page offers a 30-day money-back guarantee instead.

Why don't the Premium annual numbers match?

The page lists Premium at $17 per user per month billed annually and also at $200 per user per year. Those don't multiply out to the same total, so confirm the amount at checkout.

No. The page says plans cannot be mixed on a subscription, and every host in a team needs a paid seat.
