A wedding RSVP website is where your guests reply to your invitation online, and it comes in three kinds: an all-in-one wedding website with an RSVP form, an online invitation that tracks replies itself, or an event registration tool with forms you can embed. Pick the kind first, then the tool. Ten options follow in no particular order.
Paper reply cards still get lost behind the fridge, which is why most couples now collect replies online. The question nobody tells you to ask is where the RSVP form should live, because that decides what your guests click and what you get back.
The ten options below are listed alphabetically and in no particular order. Every description comes from each company's own website, read as of Oct 2026, and I've left registry and seating chart features out unless they touch the reply itself.

Evite
Best for: Hosts who want to send an online invite, see who's opened it, set an RSVP deadline and message guests based on their reply.
Greenvelope
Best for: Anyone who'd rather upload their own design or customise a designer suite, then send it by email or text with RSVP tracking built in.
Honeyfund
Best for: Couples whose priority is a honeymoon or cash fund, who'd like a wedding website with optional RSVP and guest management attached.
Joy
Best for: Planners who want a wedding website whose Smart RSVP lets them ask guests any question and keeps track of every answer.
Partiful
Best for: Casual events around the wedding, like welcome drinks, where guests RSVP from a single link without downloading anything.
Punchbowl

RSVPify
Best for: Large or formal weddings that need custom RSVP forms embedded on an existing site, plus guest lists with plus-ones, seating and check-in.
Wedsites
Best for: Multi-event weddings where you need to know who's coming to each event, track plus-ones, children and dietary needs, and chase pending replies.
Zola
Best for: Newly engaged couples who want one account for a free wedding website, a guest list that collects addresses and tracks RSVPs, and invitations.
Website, invitation or registration form: where the RSVP lives
The page titles tell the story. Joy's title is Free Wedding Websites, Gift List, RSVP and Planning, Zola's is Free Wedding Websites, Registry and Planning Tools, and Appy Couple calls itself an Interactive Wedding Website and App. Those put the reply form inside a site about your wedding, next to the schedule, travel notes and everything else guests look up.
Greenvelope leads with Online Invitations with RSVP Tracking, Partiful with Free Online Invitations with RSVP Tracking, and Punchbowl with Free Online Invitations for Every Occasion, With RSVP. There the reply sits on the invitation itself, and guests may never see a website at all. RSVPify is different again: its title is Event Management Software for Registration, Ticketing, Check-In and More, and its feature list includes embeddable RSVP forms for a site you already have.
Want AI doing the heavy lifting in your marketing?
I build the systems that handle the boring 80 percent, so you get your week back. Done properly, with the human kept in.
That's the split most couples don't spot until they've built something. The RSVP form can live on your wedding website, on the invitation, or in a registration tool built for events, and each one changes how guests reply and how you see the answers.
What a good RSVP form should collect
- Every event, separately. Welcome drinks, ceremony, reception and a next-day brunch can each have their own yes or no. Wedsites says RSVPs and guest details update automatically as guests reply from your website, event by event.
- Plus-ones and children. Decide in advance who's invited with a guest, and make sure the form only shows that option to them.
- Meal choices and dietary needs. Ask once, on the form, so you aren't chasing answers for the caterer by text a week before the day.
- Custom questions. A song request, a shuttle seat or an arrival day. Some forms let you add any question you like; check that the answers export to a spreadsheet.
- A deadline and reminders. Evite, for one, lets you set an RSVP deadline and send announcements based on each guest's RSVP status, which takes the awkward chasing off your plate.
- Contact details. Collecting postal addresses and emails on the same form saves a second round of messages when it's time for thank-you cards.
Registry-first and party-first options
A couple of entries come at RSVPs from a side door. Honeyfund's title calls it a Free Honeymoon Registry, and its page says you can add a wedding website with optional RSVP and guest management. That suits couples whose honeymoon fund matters more to them than the website does.
How to set up wedding RSVPs without the chasing
- Settle the guest list, and who gets a plus-one, before the form goes live.
- Choose where replies happen: on your wedding website, on the invitation, or in an embedded form.
- Set a reply deadline a couple of weeks before your caterer and venue need final numbers.
- Send a test invitation to yourself and to one older relative, and watch how it works on their phone.
- Schedule reminders for guests who haven't replied, and send a last nudge a few days before the deadline.
- Keep one master list. If some guests reply by phone or in person, add them yourself so the count stays right.
Invitation-first tools also work well for the smaller events around a wedding, such as an engagement party, a hen or stag do, or the rehearsal dinner, where a full wedding website would be more than you need. My plain advice on choosing a wedding RSVP site
Start from what you already have. If you're building a wedding website anyway, put the RSVP there so guests find the schedule, travel notes and reply form in one place. If you're sending digital invitations and don't want a site, choose an invitation tool with RSVP tracking and keep everything on the invite. If you've got a big guest list, several events or a venue that wants a check-in list, an event registration tool with embeddable forms gives you more control. Whatever you pick, test it on an older relative's phone before the invitations go out.
For the rest of the planning, my guide to AI tools for wedding planners covers the time-savers that are worth it.

Frequently asked questions
What is a wedding RSVP website?
It's any online page where guests reply to your wedding invitation. It can be part of your wedding website, built into an online invitation, or a standalone registration form.
Can guests RSVP to different wedding events separately?
Yes, with tools that support more than one event. Guests see each event they're invited to and reply to each one, which helps when the welcome drinks or brunch has a shorter list.
Are wedding RSVP websites free?
Several wedding website and invitation tools say on their own pages that their core website or invitations are free. Check each site for current limits before you commit.
Should the RSVP be on the wedding website or the invitation?
If you have a wedding website, putting the RSVP there keeps the details in one place. If you're only sending digital invitations, an invite with built-in tracking is simpler for guests.
How do I stop guests adding plus-ones I didn't invite?
Use a tool that matches each reply to a named guest on your list and only shows a plus-one option to the guests you've allowed one.
When should the wedding RSVP deadline be?
Work back from the date your caterer and venue need final numbers, and set the deadline a week or two before that so you've got time to chase late replies.
