Facebook Creator Studio is now a mobile app for iOS and Android. Meta says it has reimagined Creator Studio as an AI-powered companion app that helps creators grow on Facebook, with daily priorities, personalised growth tips from a built-in creator assistant and AI-drafted comment replies in your voice. Right now it's available in the United States and Canada, with a waitlist elsewhere.
If you remember Creator Studio as the desktop tool for scheduling posts and checking Page stats, that's the source of the confusion. The name now belongs to a different product. The old jobs live elsewhere, and I'll show you where.
Everything below comes from Meta's own Creator Studio pages and its Business Help Center, read in October 2026.
What the new Creator Studio app does
Meta describes three main things you can do with it:
- Grow your audience and earnings with personalised tips from the creator assistant.
- Keep your community engaged by drafting comment replies in your voice with AI, in one tap.
- Focus on what matters by removing distractions and highlighting your daily priorities.
Meta's creator site adds more detail. The Home screen puts daily priorities up front, such as checking your latest post's performance, tracking progress towards your goals and comments that need a reply. The tips are based on what's resonating with your audience, and the creator assistant is available from anywhere in the app to answer questions, brainstorm and help you grow.
Where Creator Studio is available
| Where you are | What Meta says |
|---|---|
| United States | Available now on iOS and Android |
| Canada | Available now on iOS and Android |
| Everywhere else | Coming soon: join the waitlist on Meta's Creator Studio page |
Meta's welcome page also describes the app as available in select regions and rolling out to more soon. If you're in the UK, Australia or anywhere outside North America, the waitlist is the only option for now. Meta doesn't give a date for the wider rollout on these pages, so don't plan a launch around it.
How to get it
- On your phone, open Meta's Creator Studio page and tap the App Store or Google Play button to download the app.
- Sign in with the Facebook profile you use as a creator.
- Open Home to see your daily priorities.
- Try the creator assistant with a specific question, such as which of your recent posts did best and why.
- Use AI-drafted replies for comments, then edit each one before you post it.
If you're outside the US and Canada, join the waitlist from the same page instead.
Where the old Creator Studio tools went
This is what most people searching for Creator Studio need. Meta's welcome page itself offers a way out for anyone looking for something else: a link to continue to the professional dashboard. And for scheduling and managing content, Meta Business Suite now does the job.
| What you used to do | Where to do it now |
|---|---|
| Plan and schedule Facebook and Instagram posts | Meta Business Suite content calendar |
| Publish posts, stories and reels | Meta Business Suite |
| Check performance and audience insights | Meta Business Suite insights, or your professional dashboard |
| Reply to comments and messages in one place | Meta Business Suite Inbox |
| Get AI help with growth and comment replies on your phone | The new Creator Studio app |
Meta says Business Suite is free to use on desktop and in its own mobile app. If you're not sure what your professional dashboard shows, my guide to the Facebook professional dashboard walks through each section.
Should you use AI-drafted replies?
Meta's pitch is that drafting replies in your voice lets you keep the conversation going without it taking your whole day. That's a fair use of AI, with one condition: read every reply before it goes out. A comment section is where your audience decides whether you're a real person. One canned answer to a heartfelt comment can undo months of goodwill.
Want AI doing the heavy lifting in your marketing?
I build the systems that handle the boring 80 percent, so you get your week back. Done properly, with the human kept in.
My rule is to use the drafts for the quick, friendly replies and write the important ones yourself: complaints, questions about what you sell, and anything personal. If your reels are struggling to get seen in the first place, start with why Facebook reels aren't getting views before you worry about replies.
Who it's for
Meta calls it a space built for your creator work, where your priorities are already mapped out based on your goals and how your content is performing. In other words, the app decides what to show you first from your own results, so the more you post, the more useful it gets. It's built for creators who are trying to grow on Facebook and want a focused space for that work, away from the main app's distractions. If you run a business Page with a team, scheduled campaigns and ads, Business Suite is still where your day-to-day work belongs. The two sit side by side rather than replacing each other.
My verdict
Download the new Creator Studio if you're a creator in the US or Canada and want daily priorities and growth tips in one place. Join the waitlist if you're elsewhere. But if you came here looking for the old desktop Creator Studio, stop searching: schedule and publish in Meta Business Suite, and check your numbers in the professional dashboard. And whichever tool you use, treat AI-drafted replies as drafts, not as your voice.
