How do I see every ad a business is running?

Can other people see which groups I am in?
Public group memberships show on your profile unless you hide the Groups section; private and secret group memberships are only visible to other members. The privacy guides above cover the exact settings.
Why is my Facebook Story not sharing to Instagram or the other way round?
The two accounts are not linked in Accounts Center, or the sharing toggle was turned off in a recent update. Re-link in Settings, Accounts Center, Sharing across profiles.
How do I recover a hacked or locked Facebook account?
Start at facebook.com/hacked on a device you have used before, follow the identity steps, then remove unknown sessions and turn on two-factor authentication. Do not pay anyone who offers to recover it for you.
