The best antidetect browsers let you run many separate browser profiles, each with its own cookies and settings, so you can manage several accounts from one computer. They're used by agencies, ecommerce sellers and social media teams. Eleven options follow in no particular order.
If you manage social accounts or ad accounts for several clients, logging in and out all day is slow and risky. Separate browser profiles keep each client's logins, cookies and history apart.
The eleven browsers below are listed alphabetically and in no particular order, and every description comes from the tool's own website, read this week. If you mainly juggle social profiles, my explainer on how scheduling apps handle multiple accounts may solve the problem more simply.
Antidetect browsers side by side
I checked the free plan column on each tool's own website, as of Oct 2026. Yes means the site names a free plan, a free account, a free allowance or an open source version. Trial only means a time-limited trial. Not stated means the pages I read named neither, even where there's a button inviting you to start for free, so check the vendor's page before you sign up.

The platform rules that matter more than the browser
The Google Ads policies on abusing the ad network say engaging in practices that circumvent or interfere with Google's advertising systems and processes, or attempting to do so, is not allowed. It treats these violations as egregious, and says accounts are suspended upon detection and without prior warning.
So be clear about what you're using profiles for. Keeping legitimate client accounts organised and separate is one thing. Using profiles to get around a ban, a review process or a platform's own account limits can lose you every account you run.
Profiles, proxies and cloud phones
A browser profile keeps cookies, logins and settings separate for each account. Many tools also let you assign a proxy to each profile, so every account connects from its own address.
Some providers now offer cloud phones too, which run mobile apps in the cloud. They're aimed at teams managing social media accounts that are mainly used on a phone.
Questions to ask before you choose a multi-account browser
- How many profiles will I need as I grow?
- Can I share profiles safely with my team?
- Does it support Mac, Windows or both?
- Can I add my own proxies to each profile?
- Does it offer automation for repeated tasks?
- How does it protect the logins stored inside?
Signs your account setup needs separate profiles
- You log in and out all day. Profiles keep each account ready.
- Client accounts share one browser. Separate them for safety.
- Your team shares passwords by chat. Use shared profiles instead.
- You're tempted to dodge a ban. Stop and fix the cause first.
Do you make an antidetect or multi-account browser? Tool makers can ask to be considered for a featured place on this list.
My plain advice on choosing an antidetect browser
Read the rules of every platform you work on before you set up a single profile. Agencies with written permission from each client, and one clearly owned account per business, are on far safer ground. Shortcuts around bans and limits are where accounts get lost.
Then protect the profiles themselves. They hold logins to your clients' accounts, so use strong passwords, two-factor sign-in and careful team permissions. My account privacy audit for X is a good model for checking each account you manage.
Frequently asked questions
What is an antidetect browser?
An antidetect browser creates separate browser profiles, each with its own cookies, settings and fingerprint, so you can manage several accounts from one computer.
Are antidetect browsers legal?
The software itself is widely sold, but how you use it matters. Breaking a platform's rules can lead to suspended accounts.
Who uses antidetect browsers?
Agencies, ecommerce sellers, affiliate marketers and social media managers who look after many accounts often use them.
Are there free antidetect browsers?
Some offer free accounts, free profiles or trials. The free plan column above shows what each tool's own site says.
Do I need a proxy with an antidetect browser?
Many teams pair each profile with its own proxy, and several tools now include proxies or let you add your own.
Can Google Ads suspend me for using one?
Google's policy bans practices that circumvent its advertising systems, and it treats those violations as egregious, so use profiles only for legitimate account management.
