To find saved jobs on LinkedIn, click Jobs at the top of your homepage, then Job tracker in the left-hand rail, and open the Saved tab. In the app it's the same path: tap Jobs, tap Job tracker, then Saved.
If you've saved a role and can't find it again, you're probably looking in the old place. LinkedIn moved saved jobs into Job tracker, which is why older guides that send you to My Items or My jobs no longer match what you see.
Here's where they are now, what you can do with them, and two limits worth knowing before your list gets long.
Where saved jobs live now
LinkedIn's help page puts saved jobs inside Job tracker. The steps are almost the same on every device.
On a computer:
- Click Jobs at the top of your LinkedIn homepage.
- Click Job tracker in the left-hand rail.
- Open the Saved tab to see every job you've saved.
In the LinkedIn app:
- Tap the Jobs icon.
- Tap Job tracker.
- Open the Saved tab.
How to save a job in the first place
When you're looking at a job on LinkedIn, click Save on the job details page. In the app, tap Save on the job details page. That's it: the role drops into the Saved tab of Job tracker straight away.
Saving is worth doing even when you're sure you'll apply later today. Job posts close, and Job tracker is the easiest way to get back to a role without searching for it again.
What you can do with a saved job
In the Saved tab, click or tap the More icon next to a job. LinkedIn gives you four options:
| Option | What it does |
|---|---|
| Apply | Starts your application for that job |
| Change stage | Moves it to a different job stage in your tracker |
| Archive | Moves it to your Archived list |
| Unsave | Removes it from your Saved list |
Change stage is the useful one. It turns Job tracker into a simple pipeline, so you can see what you've saved, what you've moved on and what's gone quiet, without keeping a spreadsheet on the side.
The two limits most people don't know about
LinkedIn's help page lists two rules:
- A save limit: the maximum number of jobs a member can save at any one time is 2000. That count includes saved and archived jobs, but not jobs you've applied to.
- No bulk unsave: there's currently no way to unsave several jobs at once, so you have to remove them one by one.
The second one is the reason to keep the list tidy as you go. Archive what you've ruled out each week and you'll never face a long manual clean-up.
A simple weekly routine for Job tracker
Job tracker only helps if you keep it current. It takes a few minutes once a week and stops the list turning into a graveyard:
- Open Jobs, then Job tracker, then Saved.
- Apply to anything you saved that still fits, straight from the More menu.
- Use Change stage on roles you've moved forward with, so you can see where each one stands.
- Archive the roles you've ruled out, rather than leaving them in Saved.
- Unsave anything that's closed or that you'd never go back to.
Doing it weekly matters because of the no-bulk-unsave rule. A handful of quick decisions a week is easy. A few hundred stale saves, removed one at a time, isn't.
It also gives you an honest view of your search. If you've saved plenty and applied to very little, the problem isn't finding roles, it's committing to them, and that's worth knowing early.
Want AI doing the heavy lifting in your marketing?
I build the systems that handle the boring 80 percent, so you get your week back. Done properly, with the human kept in.
If a saved job has disappeared
Check the Archived list first, because Archive and Unsave sit next to each other in the menu and it's easy to tap the wrong one. If it isn't there, the employer may have closed or removed the post. Saving a job keeps your shortcut to it, but it doesn't keep the listing open.
If you'd like LinkedIn to bring roles to you as well, turn on Open to Work so recruiters can see you're looking.
Saved jobs versus saved posts
People often mix these up. Saved jobs are job listings and live in Job tracker under Jobs. Saved posts are feed posts and articles you've bookmarked, and they don't appear in Job tracker. If you're looking for a job someone shared as a post rather than a listing, look in your saved posts instead.
My advice
Use Job tracker as your shortlist, not your wish list. Save roles you'd apply to this week, move them through stages as you act, and archive the rest. If you're working for yourself and want contract or remote roles, I've shared how to find remote jobs on LinkedIn as a solo operator, and the same tracker habit makes that search far less messy.
Frequently asked questions
Where are my saved jobs on LinkedIn?
Click Jobs at the top of your homepage, then Job tracker in the left-hand rail, and open the Saved tab. In the app, tap Jobs, then Job tracker, then Saved.
How many jobs can I save on LinkedIn?
LinkedIn says the maximum is 2000 at any one time, counting saved and archived jobs but not jobs you've applied to.
Can I unsave all my LinkedIn jobs at once?
No. LinkedIn says there's currently no way to unsave multiple jobs at once, so you need to remove them one by one.
Why can't I find a job I saved?
Check the Archived list in Job tracker first. If it isn't there, the employer may have closed or removed the post.
What's the difference between Archive and Unsave?
Archive moves the job to your Archived list so you can still find it. Unsave removes it from your Saved list.
Can I apply to a saved job from Job tracker?
Yes. Open the Saved tab, click or tap the More icon next to the job and choose Apply to start your application.
Do applied jobs count towards the save limit?
No. LinkedIn says the 2000 limit includes saved and archived jobs only, not jobs you've already applied to.
Is Job tracker on the LinkedIn app too?
Yes. In the app, tap the Jobs icon, then Job tracker, and you'll see the same Saved tab and the same options as on a computer.
