Is AttaPoll Legit? Payouts, Survey Rules and Catches (2026)

AttaPoll is a real survey and games app run by AttaPoll Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Its App Store listing says cash outs start from 3 US dollars, with PayPal among the options. The catch is that surveys only pay when the research company confirms them, disqualifications are common, and accounts are closed after six months with no completed activity.

Survey apps have a reputation for wasting your time, so I understand why people check before they download. AttaPoll gets asked about a lot, partly because the payout threshold is so low. I've read its terms, help pages, privacy policy and App Store listing, and here's what they say, including where the pages disagree with each other.

A company you can look up

The privacy policy says AttaPoll Ltd is registered in England and Wales and is a registered data controller with the UK Information Commissioner's Office. The App Store lists the same name as the seller. The homepage describes the model plainly: research companies pay people to complete surveys, and game developers recruit players.

Being able to trace a company is the first test of any earning app, and AttaPoll passes it. The next test is whether the money reaches you, which depends on a few rules.

Why a finished survey doesn't always pay

This is the biggest source of frustration, and AttaPoll is open about it. The help page says survey rewards are paid only if the survey company confirms your response as complete and valid. You aren't paid for time spent. If the confirmation comes later, the money is added to your account automatically.

The terms add that AttaPoll may deny, withhold or reverse a reward if the activity owner says you didn't meet the conditions, or if the third party withholds payment. In other words, the survey company has the final say, not the app.

Getting screened out

The help page lists the usual reasons you'll be disqualified:

  • Your demographics or location don't fit, sometimes only discovered after a few questions.
  • The survey has already reached the number of responses it needs, or the quota for your group is full.
  • You failed a control question at the end of the survey.

The app shows star ratings on surveys. Fewer stars mean a lower chance of completion, and AttaPoll recommends starting with short, high-star surveys. If you want a bigger picture of which survey sites are worth your time in the UK, my guide to paid survey sites in the UK compares several.

Cashing out of AttaPoll

The App Store listing says cash outs start from 3 US dollars and lists PayPal, bank account, Revolut and gift cards. The help page is less specific. It says minimum thresholds vary slightly by country, are shown per payment option on your Balance screen, and include PayPal, free e-gift cards and charity donations.

So the safe approach is to open the Balance screen for your own country and read the options there. The help page says most payments arrive within minutes but can sometimes take up to 72 hours. Withdrawals are paid only to payment accounts that you own and operate.

The fee on small withdrawals

Here's a detail that's easy to miss. The terms say AttaPoll may allow a one-off withdrawal below the threshold, and a processing fee of 3 pounds applies if it does. The terms also say fees can be deducted if a withdrawal fails because you entered the wrong payment details, so double-check your PayPal email before you submit.

Who is allowed to join

The terms set the minimum age at 13, or higher where your country's legal minimum for online services is higher, and users under 18 need parental consent. The referral programme is stricter: referred users must be 18 or over. App Store rates the app 13+ and notes that it contains advertising.

AttaPoll doesn't publish a country list on the pages I read. The help page says survey language depends on the country the app detects from your internet connection, and it offers many country-specific sites. Check the app store for your own country rather than assuming it works everywhere.

Dormant accounts and deleting yours

The terms say that after six months with no completed activity, rewards are forfeited and the account is closed, and simply logging in doesn't reset the clock. Providing false information can lead to forfeiture of an unwithdrawn balance, and failing a verification request can lead to suspension.

I build the systems that handle the boring 80 percent, so you get your week back. Done properly, with the human kept in.

To leave on purpose, the help page says you can delete your account from Settings in the app or from the web account portal. It warns you to cash out first, because funds are unrecoverable after deletion.

What AttaPoll knows about you

The privacy policy says it collects your survey responses, location and device details, including IP address and advertising identifiers. Survey clients receive your individual responses with your personal information only with your explicit consent. Data may be transferred outside the EU and EEA, including to the United States. Location is optional, and location-targeted surveys only go to people who grant permission.

How AttaPoll fits into your side income

It suits someone who wants tiny, flexible payouts and doesn't mind rejection. Because survey pay is confirmed by third parties and screen-outs are normal, I'd treat it as pocket money. If you want something with a published pay floor, read how much Prolific pays alongside this.

Any earnings may be taxable, and the terms say you're solely responsible for declaring them, so check with an accountant or your tax office. And if a survey app ever asks you to pay for bigger earnings, walk away. My guide to legitimate fast ways to make money online explains what to look for.

Copycats and referral code hype

Search results for AttaPoll are full of pages pushing referral codes and big promised bonuses. AttaPoll's own help page describes the referral bonus as 10% of the referred user's earnings, paid daily subject to a minimum, and says bonuses don't count if the referred user installs from a different country. Treat any bigger promise as a sales pitch, and only install from the official store listing.
