Christian blogs that accept guest posts make up most of the faith sites on my list. On my list, re-checked live in September 2026, 65 sites are tagged religion and faith: 52 were live and 27 had a domain authority of 40 or more. Examples include focusonthefamily.com, premier.org.uk and charismamag.com. Check each site's current guidelines before you pitch.

Faith sites are some of the most loyal communities online. Readers come back for devotionals, family advice, church leadership, culture and personal stories, and they notice quickly when a post doesn't share their values.

Most of the live religion and faith sites on my list are Christian (34 of them), from big ministries and magazines to personal blogs by pastors, mothers and young writers. The rest cover other faiths and belief.

This page pulls the religion and faith sites out of my free list of websites that accept guest posts, which I re-checked site by site in September 2026.

13 of the 65 religion and faith sites were dead or parked, so 52 are worth a look. More than half of the live sites (27 of 52) had a domain authority of 40 or more. The bigger sites are ministries and publishers with clear statements of belief, so read those before you pitch.

Devotional, family, leadership or culture?

Christian sites write for different readers:

  • Devotional and personal blogs want reflections, testimony and encouragement.
  • Family and marriage sites want posts on parenting, relationships and home life from a faith view.
  • Church leadership sites want posts for pastors on teams, preaching, growth and communication.
  • News and culture sites want commentary on faith in public life, books and media.

Church software, books, courses and family products fit best on leadership and family sites. Personal blogs are a better home for testimony and reflection.

What do Christian editors want?

Respect for the reader. Christian editors want posts that fit their tradition and their tone. A post written by someone who doesn't share or understand the faith shows straight away.

They also want substance. Scripture used carefully, a real story and practical help land far better than a generic inspirational post with a verse added at the end.

Free guest post or sponsored post on a Christian blog?

Many personal and ministry blogs welcome free posts from writers who share their faith, though some only publish people they know. Sponsored posts are rarer in this niche, so ask politely and accept a no.

How do you check a Christian blog before you pitch?

  • Search site:domain.com. If very few pages come up, move on.
  • Read the three newest posts. Is the site still publishing, and who writes for it?
  • Read their statement of faith. Denominations differ, and a post that suits one site may clash with another.
  • Find a name. A real editor you can email beats a form that never replies.
  • Ask if posts are permanent. Some sites prune old content in clean-ups.

My free domain authority checker gives you a quick read on a site's strength, and these guest post pitch examples show what editors say yes to. Faith topics often overlap with family and self-improvement, so my parenting blogs that accept guest posts and self-improvement blogs that accept guest posts pages are worth a look.

How should you pitch a Christian blog?

Lead with the reader's need. "Keeping a family prayer habit when the children are teenagers" is a pitch. "A Christian article" isn't. Say a line about your own church or ministry life.

Keep the link gentle. A link to a book, a study guide or a resource that serves the reader is easy to approve. A hard sell won't be.

Be patient. Ministry sites are often run by volunteers or small teams, so give them time before you follow up, and follow up once.

My advice

Write for the reader's faith, not for the link. Christian editors protect their readers closely, and a post that serves them is the only kind that gets through.

Can you place a Christian post on my blog?

Only when it's about marketing or running an organisation: church marketing, social media for ministries, or promoting a faith-based business. lilachbullock.com is a marketing blog that's been publishing since the dial-up days, with thousands of indexed articles, and my readers are business owners, marketers and entrepreneurs, mostly in the USA and the UK. Devotional and teaching posts suit the sites above far better. Guidelines are on my write for me page.

How placing a post on my blog works

  1. Email [email protected], or start on my write for me page, with your target URL, topic and niche.
  2. I reply with whether it fits and which format I'd pick: a new sponsored post or a link insertion into an existing, indexed article.
  3. You send the article, or I choose the right existing article for your link.
  4. I edit, publish and send you the live URL.

Accepted posts usually go live within 24 to 48 hours of everything being agreed. Placements are permanent, and if you're an agency, I never contact your client.

If you're weighing up where to place a post, how buying a guest post on my blog works explains what you get and what I turn down.

Placing a Christian post? Email [email protected] with your target URL, topic and niche, or start on my write for me page. Agencies and repeat buyers are welcome.
