AI Keynote Speaker UK: Lilach Bullock, AI Marketing Speaker for British Events

Lilach Bullock is an AI marketing keynote speaker for UK conferences, trade associations, member networks and company away days. She has 21 years in marketing, built, scaled and sold a digital marketing agency, partnered with Twitter, Dropbox, IBM, monday.com and Greenpeace, and has spoken at over 100 events internationally, including TEDxBolton. Her talks show British business owners and marketing teams what AI can take off their plate this month, in plain English.

British audiences are polite, and they're also quick to spot a speaker who has never run a business. I've been in marketing since the dial-up days. I started a business when my daughter was born, sold it, built an agency, and now spend my days putting AI to work in my own business and for clients. That's the material I bring on stage: what I tried this month, what saved hours, and what wasted an afternoon.

Where UK audiences have seen me

  • TEDxBolton, 19 July 2018: How I Learned to Overcome The Fear of Not Being Liked.
  • Oxford University, one of the talks I'm proudest of, because my only qualifications are secretarial ones.
  • UK recognition: ranked Number One Digital Marketing Influencer in the UK by Career Experts, named Oracle Social Influencer of Europe, and Best Mumpreneur of the Year, which came with tea at 10 Downing Street.
  • Business podcasts: the Expert In Demand Podcast with Dean Seddon (2026), the Internet Marketing Podcast from SiteVisibility (2020) and The Thoughtful Leader with Mindy Gibbins-Klein (2022). The full list, with dates, is on my podcast guest page.

What British business audiences ask me about AI

The questions in a UK room are practical. People want to know what they can do on Monday, what it costs in time, and what will get them into trouble.

  • "What can my staff safely put into ChatGPT?" UK GDPR and PECR still apply when AI writes the email or holds the customer data. I give teams simple house rules they can adopt the same week.
  • "Where does a firm of ten start?" Usually with follow up, proposals and admin. I've written sector guides for accountancy firms, recruitment agencies and plumbers and electricians, and I pull the examples on stage from the sector in the room.
  • "Why is ChatGPT recommending my competitor?" AI answers now sit above the search results. My study of 400 live US and UK Google results found an AI Overview on 88% of local service searches.
  • "Will AI replace my marketing team?" My honest answer: it replaces the boring 80 percent of the work and makes the strategic 20 percent matter more.

Talks I tailor for UK events

AI for the firm of ten

For chambers of commerce, trade bodies and SME conferences. Where AI saves hours in a small British business, which tasks to hand over first, and the guardrails that keep you on the right side of UK data rules.

Getting named by ChatGPT and Google's AI

For marketing conferences and agency audiences. How AI assistants decide which businesses to recommend, using my own site's data. If you want the written version first, read how I get businesses cited by AI.

The comeback

For wellbeing days, women in business events and leadership away days. I spent two years in a wheelchair, lost 55 kilos without shortcuts, and rebuilt my business with AI. It's a talk about resilience with practical business lessons in it.

Formats, notice and travel in the UK

FormatTypical lengthWorks best for
Keynote45 to 60 minutesConference openers and member events
Workshop90 minutes to a full dayMarketing teams and leadership groups of 8 to 30
Panel or moderation30 to 60 minutesIndustry events and AI debates
Webinar45 to 60 minutes plus Q&ARemote teams and member webinars

I speak in person anywhere in the UK and online. Eight to twelve weeks' notice is comfortable for a custom keynote, four to six weeks works for a standard talk, and panels can sometimes happen faster.

What UK organisers search for, and what that tells you

UK organisers mostly search for a keynote speaker first and a topic second. In October 2026 DataForSEO estimates around 110 UK searches a month for "keynote speaker UK" and around 50 for "AI keynote speaker". So write AI into your brief rather than hoping the search does the filtering, and ask every speaker on your shortlist what they've built with AI in the last three months. My guide on choosing an AI keynote speaker has the questions I'd ask.

Tell me the date, the audience and what you want people to do differently afterwards, and I'll tell you straight whether I'm the right speaker. Book a call here, or read more about my speaking topics and formats.

Frequently asked questions

Do you speak at UK events outside London?

Yes. I speak in person across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, and online for teams spread around the country.

Is the talk suitable for a non-technical audience?

Yes. Most of my audiences are business owners and marketers, not engineers. I explain AI in plain English with examples from British businesses.

Can you add a hands-on workshop after the keynote?

Yes. A keynote followed by a 90 minute workshop is a popular format for member organisations, because people leave having built something on their own work.

How do I book Lilach Bullock for a UK event?

Book a call with the date, the audience and the format you have in mind. You'll get a clear yes or no and a proposal after the call.
