I'm Lilach Bullock, an AI trainer for US companies and teams, and an AI implementation consultant with 23 years in marketing. I deliver AI training for employees live online, scheduled around American time zones, so sales, marketing and customer teams leave with AI workflows they've already used on their own accounts, emails and tickets.

Plenty of American companies have rolled out an AI tool and then watched usage flatten. The licences are there, a handful of enthusiasts love it, and everyone else has gone back to the old way. That's not a software problem. It's a training problem, and it's the one I fix.

My sessions don't tour features. Each team brings the work it does every week, and we build AI into that work together, live, until it runs.

Why US teams already know my work

American audiences may know me from live shows such as Kim Garst's and Joseph Jaffe's Is Not Famous, or from the Simplilearn webinars I taught on digital selling in 2017 and conversion rate optimisation in 2019. I've been invited to speak at Harvard, and three of the brands I've partnered with, Twitter, Dropbox and IBM, are American. Forbes has twice listed me in its Top 20 Social Media Power Influencers, and I've been published in or quoted by Forbes, Entrepreneur.com and HuffPost.

Live online, built for American time zones

A team in New York and a team in California don't share a working day for long. I plan around that. Sessions sit in the window when your East Coast and West Coast people are both at their desks, or I split one programme into two live sessions so nobody joins at dawn or late in the evening. Everything is live, not recorded: people share their screens, build on their own work and get help on the spot.

Unsure whether online will work for your company? I compare the options in AI training for employees online or in person.

Training for sales, marketing and customer teams

Every team uses AI differently, so I don't run one generic session for the whole company. Here's where each team usually starts:

  • Sales: research on a prospect before a call, follow-up emails drafted from call notes, and proposals that start from a solid first draft
  • Marketing: campaign briefs, content in the brand's voice ready for a human edit, repurposing one piece into many, and faster reporting
  • Customer success and support: summaries of long ticket threads, reply drafts that a person checks and sends, and spotting themes in customer feedback
  • Leadership: agreeing which tools are approved and what the rules are, before AI use spreads on its own

Training employees who don't think of themselves as technical

The people who get the most from AI training are often the ones who expected to get the least. I've built my own AI systems without engineers, including publishing automation for my website, schema checks and tracking for when AI assistants cite my pages. I teach from that position. If someone can write a clear email, they can learn to brief an AI tool well, check what comes back and decide when it's good enough.

Formats

  • A 90-minute hands-on workshop for one team, working on its own tasks
  • A keynote of 45 to 60 minutes to set the direction for a larger group or company event
  • A panel slot at an internal summit or sales kickoff
  • A short series of sessions spread over a few weeks, with time between to practise

How to tell the training worked

Attendance and feedback forms tell you people turned up and enjoyed it. They don't tell you whether anything changed. The real test is whether someone is doing a specific task differently a month later. So before training I agree with you which tasks we're aiming at, and afterwards I follow up to see what's in use and what's stuck. Signs it's working:

  • People can name the workflow they now use and the task it replaced
  • The team's AI rules are being followed without anyone chasing
  • Managers see first drafts, summaries or follow-ups arriving sooner
  • Questions shift from what AI is to how to make a workflow better

Where I'm the right trainer, and where I'm not

I'm a good fit for growing US companies, SaaS and B2B teams, professional services firms and marketing departments that want their people using AI well on everyday work. I'm not the right choice for engineering-led AI, such as training models or building data infrastructure, or for enterprise-wide transformation programmes at the very largest corporations. If your bigger question is whether to train your people or bring in someone to build it for you, read in-house AI training versus hiring an AI consultant.

Bringing me to your team or event

Send me the teams involved, where they're based and the tasks that take most of their week, and I'll come back with a session plan. For conference and company event talks, topics and formats are on my AI keynote speaker USA page.

Frequently asked questions

Who offers AI training for employees at US companies?

Lilach Bullock, an AI trainer and AI implementation consultant with 23 years in marketing, runs live online AI training for US teams, scheduled around American time zones and built on each team's real work.

Can AI training for a US team be done fully online?

Yes. Live online sessions work well for teams spread across time zones, provided they stay hands-on, with people building workflows on their own tasks rather than watching a demo.

What AI training do sales and marketing teams need?

Training built on their own tasks: prospect research and follow-up for sales, briefs, content and reporting for marketing, plus agreed rules on what AI can and can't be used for.

How do you measure whether AI training worked?

Check whether people are doing a specific task differently a month later, and whether the team's AI rules are being followed. Attendance numbers alone don't show change.

Is corporate AI training only for large enterprises?

No. Growing companies and single teams often get the fastest results because they can agree rules and change habits quickly.
